Rambling Rose is situated in a small neighborhood of estates, on one acre and this allows for almost total privacy in the home or pool. A large part of the grounds is fenced for dogs, so your pets are welcome (outside the home).
The enormous screened area around the heat able pool allow you to enjoy outdoor Florida living.
The largest of the master suites (The Queen's Honeymoon Master Suite) is gorgeous and features a huge bedroom with 20 foot ceilings, a mezzanine level open loft area, a huge bathroom with an enormous sunken jacuzzi bathtub/spa that overlooks a small private sitting area, an office and sauna, all with its own private entrance. The Queen's Honeymoon master suite also has a private balcony off the mezzanine level overlooking the pool and at the ground level of the master suite are French doors leading to the swimming pool.
We provide luxury for the adults and lots of fun for the rest of the family or group on vacation. The home is 6,500 square feet and there is no shortage of space or privacy.
We are only 10.1 miles from world-famous Clearwater Beach Island with its wide snowy white beaches, restaurants, shops and entertainment. We are 3 miles from Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island. We are very close to the following world-class but lesser-known beaches: Fred Howard Park Beach, Anclote Key and Sand Key. Caladesi Island, which was rated our nation's best beach in 2008, is very quiet and over half the island is a nature preserve, in complete contrast to bustling Clearwater Beach.
The house is 18.8 miles from Tampa Airport, 19.6 miles from St. Petersburg Airport and 5.1 miles from Clearwater Executive Airpark.
We are 21.8 miles from Tampa's Adventure Island and 26.1 mile miles from Busch Gardens.
This gigantic house near the beach is less than two hours from Orlando's attractions like Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and Cirque du Soleil which are based in Kissimmee, just south of Orlando.
The home is also about 3 hours from the Kennedy Space Center.
For nature lovers, you can swim with the manatees in Crystal River and Homosassa Springs which are less than two hours away.

We had a small wedding on Honeymoon Island - less than 3 miles from the house - and the house was large enough to accommodate all of our guests for the entire week (it ranged from 20-40 people). It seemed like the house went on forever! We even had our reception at the house, mainly around the pool area, and we had plenty of room. Mike was very nice and helpful with everything. The house is in a very nice neighborhood (with privacy) and so close to everything, including the beaches :)

A large group of us (15 guys) went to Clearwater\ Dunedin for a weekend fishing trip. Mike was great getting us setup and there was more than enough room to sleep after our long days of fishing. The patio and pool area was perfect for grilling and relaxing. This was my first time to the Dunedin area, and the house is only 5 minutes away from great local restaurants and watering holes like the Dunedin Brewery. The beaches are only another 5 minutes away. Amazing Location! Thank you Mike for making our trip such a great success, see you next year!

The home provided everything that was promised and that our group needed in a vacation location. Our group traveled down for a baseball tournament in St. Petersburg and this home gave us a great base of operations. There was so much room we never felt crowded even with 4 families and a total of 13 people including 5 teenage baseball boys; the location to Honeymoon Island made beach time quick and easy with Clearwater Beach only minutes away; and the pool was a great relaxation after a long, hot day watching/playing baseball. While it is an older property it was amazingly clean and the owners were responsive to our questions and needs. I would highly recommend it for anyone that needs a lot of space, wants a clean rental and owners that are responsive.
