Living room and Master bedroom have ocean views and second bedroom has bay views. Beautiful views of Sanibel island and gorgeous sunsets. You can often see dolphins at play.
Small marina right across street where you have many options for boat rentals or excursions.
Pink Shell resort is next door with many amenities such as jet ski rental and a spa (for an extra charge).

Why the Owner Chose Beach Villas
We had spent a few years looking all over Florida and when we visited Fort Myers Beach, we knew we had found the place we were looking for. The area offers a lot of activities, is beautiful and yet laid back. Our specific location is peaceful, yet withing walking distance of the "Times Square" area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love watching the beautiful sunsets from our lanai, and have often seen dolphins from our condo. We have a marina across the street where we can rent boats. Pink Shell is right next door where we can rent jet skis, water bikes, visit their spa, etc. Bowditch Point park is just 2 blocks down. We can hike there or have a picnic and see wildlife. The trolley stop is just a few steps down the street and it will take us up and down the whole island for 50 cents.

It has always been our dream to have a place on the ocean. It provides a great escape from the brutal winters in Minnesota. Kathy is a Computer Consultant and Paul works in Human Resources. Sarah is attending college in Minneapolis and Caitlin is a senior in high school.
