  we had a great time at Beach Manor. The master bed was sooo comfortable. I liked the way that the 2nd bedroom was configured, since I was chaperoning a bunch of high school girls. I wish however, that I had known that beach manor's parking would not accommodate an SUV with a hatch. That was a nuisance to take it off and store it, even though the maintenance man was very helpful.

  This was our third visit to this beautiful condo. We had a wonderful time. We have visited as a couple and as a family with three teenagers. There is plenty of space for all. Everything you need is there. It is updated, clean, and has the best balcony by far. I recommend this highly and I'm sure we will be back.

  It was everything we expected and more. The master bed was so comfy we didn't want to get out of it. The accommodations were exactly as avertised. The atmosphere in the condo is very homey, warm and inviting. We'll do it again! Loved working with the owner. Highly recommend this condo for everyone.

  Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us! We were with 3 other families at Beach Manor and your condo was voted "best decorated" out of 4 different condos! It is absolutely beautiful and felt just like home...except on the beach! The large patio was a perfect gathering area, and quickly became the meeting place for all 4 families before we went anywhere! We will definitely stay at your condo again in the future and have already recommended it to everyone we talk to who is looking for a place to stay in gorgeous Sandestin!! Thank you!

  We stayed at this condo for my nephew's wedding and it is absolutely beautiful!!! It is very clean and looks just like the photos! The master bed is soooooooo comfortable! The view from the patio is spectacular and the beach is very nice! Mary, the owner was wondeful to work with and we would highly recommend this place....we will definitely come back! We would recommend going to Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin for nightlife, which is located right across the street (but not walking distance) from TOPS'L Resort. Very fun place!!!!

  I cannot say enough great things about this condo, but I will try! It was perfect from the moment that I booked until the moment our family checked out. The condo is decorated beautifully, clean, and spacious. The kitchen has everything that you might need and more! The large deck has a magnificent view of the ocean and the sunset! The master bed is the most comfortable that I ever slept in. Absolutely hope to return and absolutely recommend!

  My husband and I stayed here at the end of October. We had a wonderful time. The unit is beautiful. The pictures are very accurate but you will find it even more beautiful in person. The patio was so enjoyable. We ate our meals there and just sat in the sun. The unit is close to the pool and the beach. The owners are a dream to deal with. I would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

  I rented this condo for a 3-day weekend with 5 friends from my tennis team. The unit was great in all aspects. The sleeping set up was good, we loved the large terrace and had everything that we needed. We especially appreciated the ample seating in the living room which accommodated all 6 of us very comfortably. Mary was wonderful to deal with and I would definitely rent from her again in the future.

  This room was fabulous, looks just like the pictures. The patio is perfect! The condo was very clean and well maintained, felt very at home. The owner is so sweet and wonderful to deal with!!! We will definately be returning to this unit :-)

  My daughter and I spent five wonderful days at this very beautiful and comfortable condo. The condo was clean, well maintained and well supplied. The pillow top mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The patio was incredibly spacious and had nice views. The owner of this condo is very personable and lovely to deal with. Can't wait to return!!
