Quiet neighborhood, "in town" but away from the busy streets of downtown Breckenridge (with 10pm quiet hours) surrounded by pine trees and beautiful homes. 1 BR has a Queen bed, the other has a Full/Full bunk, with a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room.
Private deck with BBQ. Plenty of parking is also available. Sleeps 6 comfortably -- MAX 6 OCCUPANCY. Sorry, NO PETS and ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT.
Take a short walk to Peak 9 Base area and Main Street for skiing, shops, and dining (10-15 minutes... approximately 1 mile to town and 1/2 mile to slopes). FREE RIDE bus comes every 30 minutes from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily at the entrance of the condo complex (1 min walk) which conveniently takes you in 5 minutes to The Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Base Area/ Quiksilver 6 person Lift, Main Street Breckenridge -- or transfer to the Summit Stage for a free ride to other Summit County Ski areas such as Keystone, Copper Mountain, or Arapahoe Basin.
Our condo is equipped with just about everything you will need to have a wonderful and relaxing stay! This includes: towels, sheets, pots/pans, silverware, utensils, plates and glassware. Just bring your skis and some food and you will have a great time! Note: If you are not a fan of climbing stairs in ski boots, while our unit is on the top floor it is level with the parking lot, so there are only a handful of stairs to climb.
