This recently completed, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is tastefully decorated with a Feng Shui influence, custom made furniture and elegant fabrics in soothing colors.
An ideal tropical retreat, the home features a floor plan with an expansive open living/dining area complemented with a large, vaulted, teak ceiling and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ice maker and microwave.
In addition to the living and dining areas, the air-conditioned master bedrooms open onto the secluded terrace and pool with beautiful private baths and luxurious king sized beds. The third bedroom is air conditioned with a private bath and four bunk beds and the fourth bedroom has a single bed and half bath. There are 2 convenient outside showers.
Cooling breezes gently circulate throughout the house with ceiling fans in every room for added comfort.
Additional conveniences are a large laundry room with washer and dryer, and High Speed Internet service.
There are many wonderful restaurants in the area, both casual and more upscale, in which to dine and a modern supermarket is close by for stocking up the kitchen with fresh local produce.
Enjoy swimming or snorkeling on nearby secluded beaches, fish, take a canopy tour or surf the famous Playa Guiones. The water is one of the 2 warmest spots in the Pacific. Surfing schools offer instruction for kids and adults. Do yoga at the Nosara Yoga Institute or Harmony Hotel, get a relaxing massage, or just relax and read amid lush plantings with ocean, jungle and mountain views.

Owner Description
Both of us are avid travelers, my life as a Ford model allowed me to enjoy locations all over the world, and Norm's career in sales in the semi conductor area often took him to Europe and Asia and around the U.S. We met at Middlebury College in Vermont, and finally got reacquainted and married in 1993, deciding to live in the beautiful Hamptons on the East End of Long Island, where Norm is now in real estate. Between us we have 5 grandchildren, spread out from California, to Alaska, to Montana.

We loved the beauty and unspoiled quality of the environment of Nosara and Playa Guiones and Garza. The people are so kind and helpful, full of joy. The combination of the ocean and mountains reminded us of Hawaii. The restaurants are inexpensive, with sophisticated, delicious food. The quality and standards of the Vista Royal development also had great bearing on our commitment to build and success of our endeavors.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
A spacious interior and an uncommonly expansive terrace with immediately adjacent pool and wrap-around ocean and mountain views make for comfortable tropical living. The kitchen is built to American standards. The villa affords you unusual privacy and at perhaps 400' elevation the breezes make for leisure comfort. We are also very pleased with the wonderful support staff we have for the home.
