PENTHOUSE Top Floor 21st Floor End Unit! No one stomping above you! Opposite end from elevator, no noisy people hovering around the elevator! BABY-FRIENDLY UNIT - all lower cabinets have safety latches! Both sliding glass doors and front entrance door have sliding chain locks! Living room outlets have saftey plugs! (We have a two year old.) No other unit has these awesome added safety features!

Besides all of the extras outlined above, my unit is managed by Sterling Resorts on site and my unit has access 24x7 housekeeping and maintenance FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. Heaven forbid you not have enough towels or require assistance with an appliance, but if you do there is someone on site to immediately assist you instead of waiting around on the owner to get someone to respond to your needs from off-site!
Unit features: amazing views, quite unit, flat screens in both bedrooms and living room all have cable with HBO, fully loaded kitchen has everything you need to eat in, big tub in master for the ladies to relax in, free DSL internet, super-cute beachy decor, and BABY-SAFETY FEATURES. Scared of the top floor because you have small kids? Please give this a thought... The first floor of Splash is over 20 feet above the sand. The end result would be the same if a person fell from a 1st floor balcony as it would a 21st floor balcony. There has never been a fall at Splash and these towers were built to the highest safety codes in Florida. Rest assured and enjoy the view from the top!

Why the Owner Chose Splash
We bought the unit at Splash because we wanted to have a family atmosphere to come to on our family vacations. One day we will live at Splash full time (like in 30 yeras from now) but in the meantime we will rent it out and use it ourselves about 3 weeks out of the year. We waited for a top floor 2 bedroom condo to come on the market at Splash and the unit we bought is our dream come true.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
You can't get any more unique than Splsah when it comes to being built specifically with families in mind, families with small children like us! Unique features about our unit is that it is on the top floor, end unit with virtually no noise except the ocean waves. We also have ceramic tile throughout and don't have to worry about sandy/wet carpet. We've put thousands of dollars of ammenities and decor above and beyond what is required for a rental. We want our condo home to be as comfortable as our full time home. We also have our unit managed on-site by Sterling Resorts to give our guests 24x7 access to housekeeping and maintenence.

Hello, we are Dan and Jen Grant, owners of 2102 west. We are both 32 years old and probably the youngest owners at Splash. We have a 2 year old daughter named Ava. My family has deep roots in Panama City Beach, my father used to own Pizza Boy, which is now Scampy's, next door to the Treasure Island. My aunt, Cheryl Wright, is a realtor there. I (Jen) am from Montgomery, Alabama (war eagle!) originally and my family always vacationed in PCB. I promised myself this is where I'd retire, and one day many years from now we will grow old at Splash. Right now we live in Las Vegas, Nevada full time due to our jobs in advertising.
