  Me and a friend with our 4 kids stayed at this condo the weekend of Thanksgiving '11. The condo was EVERYTHING it says and more! You will not believe how clean and well maintained it is! The views from the balcony are AMAZING! The condo is equiped with the little things you might forget such as laundry detergent, dish washer powder and toiletries. Beds were clean and comfortable and baths were immuculate! Weather was a little chilly and slightly windy but still warm enough to play in the ocean and the pools at Splash. The resort itself was nice. We practically had run of the whole place with no wait time for elevators and prime parking spots. I can't say enough about how nice this condo is and we plan on booking again this year!

  Jen, Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. This was our first time visiting Panama City and hopefully we will be back next year. Splash has so much to offer for families we rarely left. I have to admit I was hesitant about staying on the 21st floor but it was fabulous. The views are amazing!! It was nice to have the kitchen cabinets baby proofed b/c my 22 month old son loves to get into everything. The kids also enjoyed playing with the baby doll stroller and shopping cart. Thanks again for making our vacation perfect!!

  My family and I stayed at this condo recently and from the words of my two children it was "AWESOME". We usually stay in Destin and we are now in love with Panama City. This condo has all the amenities that a family would need plus some. The views were absolutley gorgeous and the accomodations were fantastic. We were conveintly located to all of our favorite restraunts and our kids had a blast a pier park (miracle strip). My children loved the pools and water park as did my husband and I. We relaxed why they were entertained. The beach was beautiful. I highly recommend this condo to anyone,with our without children. It was a great relaxing getaway and we will definitley be going back very soon.

  Our family really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. The view was great and we enjoyed the table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy it! We highly recommend renting this property to family vacationers! Great people to rent from!

Rates are subject to change until confirmed. All rates include sales tax, cleaning fee and limited damage waiver coverage. Deposit is 25% of grand total, and final payment due upon check in. Renter minimum age 25. March 1 - October 31 there is a 7 night minimum stay required.

Cancellation policy:

Deposit Policy - An advance payment is required at the time of booking as a reservation deposit. It will be applied towards the grand total and the remaining balance will be due at check in. A valid credit card is required to make the reservation, and will be held for 14 days after departure in the event of a remaining balance and/or incidentals. A larger deposit may be required on certain holidays. All monthly reservations require $500.00 upon making the reservation. All returned checks are subject to a $50.00 Non Sufficient Funds fee.  Rental Rules - Check in is after 3:00 pm and guaranteed by 6:00 pm (Central Standard Time). Check out is promptly at 10:00am. No dogs, cats, reptiles, fish or other animals are allowed in rental units. No RV’s, trailers, or boats are permitted. Maximum Occupancy - The maximum number of guests for Splash’s “Wave” condominium is 8. Exceptions will be made for children 2 and under. Minimum Stay - This property requires a 3 night minimum stay. Longer stays may be required during holidays and peak season.  Age Requirements - The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited. Splash Owners Association has full rights to evict those breaking the age requirement and other house rules and no refunds will be given to evicted parties and will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid. No Smoking & No Pets - All units are non-smoking inside and outside on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Any guests found violation these rules may be evicted and will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid. Limited Damage Waiver - For each of our guests we include damage protection coverage for their stay in the form of a Limited Damage Waiver. This Limited Damage Waiver is a $40.00 fee included in the reservation total. It covers the registered guest against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed $2,000.00, when reported immediately. This fee eliminates the necessity for the traditional security deposits. This gives our guests a complete and total peace of mind by knowing "When accidents do happen…You are covered!" Please report any damage to the unit as soon as it occurs so that we may be able to access and/or minimize the extent of the damages. The Limited Damage Waiver is ONLY valid if the incident is reported PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. It will become void upon departure. If additional damage is found in the unit upon departure that exceeds the $2,000 Damage Waiver Coverage, this additional amount will be charged to the guest to the credit card on file. Cancellation Policy - Reservations require a 30 day cancellation notice prior to the scheduled day of arrival, for daily and weekly stays, to receive an advance deposit refund less a $50.00 processing fee. All monthly stays require a 60 day notice.  Changes to reservations within 30 days of scheduled check-in date that result in a cancellation, and/or reduced value of the reservation, and/or downgrade of unit size or a reduction in the number of nights will result in the forfeiture of $250 from the deposit monies. SPLASH OWNERS ASSOCIATION HOUSE RULES Adopted June 29, 2010 The pleasantness of staying at a condominium resort is greatly enhanced by a congenial atmosphere in which all in residence have proper regard for the comfort of others. For this reason, these House Rules have been adopted by the Splash Owners Assoc. All owners and guests are subject to these rules. 1) Throwing anything off of balconies is a FELONY OFFENSE. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law, and will be subject to immediate eviction. No sweeping debris or water from balconies. 2) State Law prohibits feeding birds from balconies. 3) Shade canopies and tents will not be allowed on the beach side of the line of chaises set up by Beach Services. High winds are common on the beach, and have sent structures rolling down the beach, causing injuries to beachgoers. Please erect tents or canopies along the fence next to the sea oats berm. ***Tents/canopies cannot remain on the beach over-night, and must be removed by sunset. *** 4) Per Local, State, and National Fire Codes, gas or charcoal grills are not allowed in the buildings. Gas grills are on each pool deck. Please ask one of our Pool Attendants for help lighting the grills. 5) ONLY OWERS MAY HAVE PETS. Guests are not allowed to bring pets on property at any time. 6) Splash is a NO-SMOKING RESORT. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, to include pool decks, walkways, stairwells, sky-bridges, restrooms, exercise room, lobbies, and condo unit balconies. 7) QUIET TIME is 10PM to 8AM. The pool decks, exercise room and arcade will be closed during these hours. No one may play musical instruments, radios, CD players, or television set in condo units or common areas between the hours of 10PM and 8AM if it shall disturb any occupants of the buildings. 8) Igniting fireworks anywhere on Splash property including the beach and beach access is prohibited. 9) All vehicles parked in the Parking Garage must have a valid Splash Guest Parking Pass clearly displayed on the dash board or hanging for the rear-view mirror, or an owner decal on the windshield. Any vehicle not displaying a valid pass or decal is subject to being towed without notice. 10) Luggage carts are not permitted inside the condo units. Please return the carts immediately after use to the storage are on the 2nd floor of the parking garage building. POOLS, SPA, and WATER PARK 1) ALL PERSONS 12 YRS OR OLDER MUST BE WEARING A SPLASH WRISTBAND WHILE USING ANY OF THE FACILITIES. ANYONE NOT WEARING A WRISTBAND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE POOL DECKS. Swimming pools and all Splash facilities are for use by Splash Owners and Guests only. Guests using the facilities must be registered, over-night guests (staying at Splash) or accompanied by an Owner. Guests may not invite guests to us the facilities. 2) Anyone in violation of any of the pool rules may be asked to leave the pool decks. 3) Children under the age of 12 years must be at all times accompanied by an Adult who is responsible for them. Parents: Please don’t leave children at one pool while you are at another, or on the beach. There are no Lifeguards on site. It is your responsibility to supervise your children. 4) Due to health risks, children under the age of 3 may not use the spa. Additionally, children between the ages of 3 and 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the spa. Parent/Guardian must be in spa with the child, or sitting on the edge. *TO INSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR OWNERS AND GUESTS, THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. * 5) The placement of towels or clothing on chairs, tables, or lounges does not “RESERVE” them. 6) Radios, CD players, etc. are prohibited except as used with earphones. 7) Infant floats are the only flotation devises allowed in the pools, except for the Lazy River. 8) EVERYONE MUST RINSE OFF BEACH SAND & DRY OFF COMPLETELY BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDINGS
