Why the Owner Chose Splash
We bought the unit at Splash because we wanted to have a family atmosphere to come to on our family vacations. One day we will live at Splash full time (like in 30 yeras from now) but in the meantime we will rent it out and use it ourselves about 3 weeks out of the year. We waited for a top floor 2 bedroom condo to come on the market at Splash and the unit we bought is our dream come true.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You can't get any more unique than Splash when it comes to being built specifically with families in mind, families with small children like us! Unique features about our unit is that it is on the top floor, end unit with virtually no noise except the ocean waves. We also have ceramic tile throughout and don't have to worry about sandy/wet carpet. We've put thousands of dollars of ammenities and decor above and beyond what is required for a rental. We want our condo home to be as comfortable as our full time home. We also have our unit managed on-site by Sterling Resorts to give our guests 24x7 access to housekeeping and maintenence.

Hello, we are Dan and Jen Grant, owners of 2102 west. We are both 34 years old and probably the youngest owners at Splash. We have a 4 year old daughter named Ava. My family has deep roots in Panama City Beach, my father used to own Pizza Boy, which is now Scampy's, next door to the Treasure Island. My aunt, Cheryl Wright, is a realtor there. I (Jen) am from Montgomery, Alabama (war eagle!) originally and my family always vacationed in PCB. I promised myself this is where I'd retire, and one day many years from now we will grow old at Splash. Right now we live in Las Vegas, Nevada full time due to our jobs in advertising.

Me and a friend with our 4 kids stayed at this condo the weekend of Thanksgiving '11. The condo was EVERYTHING it says and more! You will not believe how clean and well maintained it is! The views from the balcony are AMAZING! The condo is equiped with the little things you might forget such as laundry detergent, dish washer powder and toiletries. Beds were clean and comfortable and baths were immuculate! Weather was a little chilly and slightly windy but still warm enough to play in the ocean and the pools at Splash. The resort itself was nice. We practically had run of the whole place with no wait time for elevators and prime parking spots. I can't say enough about how nice this condo is and we plan on booking again this year!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Jen, Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. This was our first time visiting Panama City and hopefully we will be back next year. Splash has so much to offer for families we rarely left. I have to admit I was hesitant about staying on the 21st floor but it was fabulous. The views are amazing!! It was nice to have the kitchen cabinets baby proofed b/c my 22 month old son loves to get into everything. The kids also enjoyed playing with the baby doll stroller and shopping cart. Thanks again for making our vacation perfect!!

My family and I stayed at this condo recently and from the words of my two children it was "AWESOME". We usually stay in Destin and we are now in love with Panama City. This condo has all the amenities that a family would need plus some. The views were absolutley gorgeous and the accomodations were fantastic. We were conveintly located to all of our favorite restraunts and our kids had a blast a pier park (miracle strip). My children loved the pools and water park as did my husband and I. We relaxed why they were entertained. The beach was beautiful. I highly recommend this condo to anyone,with our without children. It was a great relaxing getaway and we will definitley be going back very soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
