Our family came to San Diego for a week, and David's condo was the ideal home for us. The pictures represent the condo accurately, and the location can't be beat. Entertaining is so easy - the table sits 6-8 very comfortably. The view of the bay is special at any time of day (and fireworks every night from Sea World). What's so great about it is that the condo is back from the very busy bay walk, but has an unobstructed view of the bay because of Fanuel Park - no building between the condo and the bay. The furnishings are lovely with (sturdy) art pieces so that one feels at home and not just in a rental space. The location is so convenient to the bay walk, shopping, the boardwalk and ocean. And there's never a worry about finding parking, as the condo has an assigned parking space in the lower level garage (with elevator). David and Marea provide a very special getaway for anyone who chooses to stay on Sail Bay.

this condo has everything you could possibly want for a great beach vacation - great location, beautiful view, steps from the bay and bike path. It is nicely equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys. you can even watch fireworks (from Seaworld) every evening. the living area of the condo is big enough to entertain, and the kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking. There is even a high chair and portacrib for there if you need them. We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful place. The decor is absolutely lovely, a fabulous location, minutes to Sea World, the park is great for kids and the bay is right there. It is kept up beautifully and the owner is available and extremely helpful. We love it so much we've returned yearly for about the last 8 years. The view is breath taking

Great location, great view, great condo – for toddlers to seniors. Comfortably furnished and well equipped for “living” rather than for a “home tour”. Living and dining areas and the master bedroom are quite roomy. The condo is well maintained and the owners have added their own personal decorating touches. We enjoyed a wonderful month here and plan to return for a month again next year. We made good use of the park and 14 miles of paved bike/walking paths along the bay and ocean beaches. Having a security gate and underground parking was a big plus -- parking is very scarce in the beach area. We are seniors and have limited mobility, so the elevator near the owner’s parking space was a bonus – fewer steps getting luggage and groceries to the 3rd floor condo. Trader Joe’s is 6 short blocks away and the airport is about 15 minutes. Thanks David and Marea. We’ll be back!

Different members of our family have stayed at this condo on three different occasions over the past several years. It is a delightful condo, well-appointed and well-located, with views from the master bedroom and living room of Fanuel Park and the bay just beyond, only a block away. We all enjoyed walks along the bay boardwalk as well as the beach boardwalk only ten or fifteen minutes' walk to the west. We left our car in the garage for the most part and used it only for short rides to do our shopping at Ralph's and Henrys or to take short excursions into San Diego or La Jolla. David, the owner, is very kind and accommodating and responded immediately whenever we needed his help or advice.

We've stayed in this condo between 2 and 4 weeks each of the last 4 years. We continue to return because of the great location and nice unit amenities. The pictures are accurate in that the views from the unit's living room and one of the bedrooms are beautiful as you look out over the park and across Sail Bay. The condo has been well maintained in that the owner, David, continues invest in updating furniture and appliances. We like the close proximity to not only the Bay and boardwalk, but also Pacific Beach and Mission Beach shops and restaurants which are within walking distance. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to our stay again next year.

Spent five nights in condo. Three adults (wife, daughter, myself). Condo is in excellent condition and in a great location. Right off the bay, very scenic with "miles" of walking to enjoy. Within a few blocks of the ocean (Pacific Beach).The owner (David) is very accommodating. I'm originally from San Diego so know the area and would highly recommend this unit. It exceeded my expectations! I plan on returning again this Spring, and hope this Condo will be available.

This is the perfect condo for all kinds of San Diego activities - close to all major attractions, but you could have a great time even if you don't have a car, since it's within walking distance of shopping, bus line, beach, restaurants, library and Trader Joe's! We would definitely rent again.
