We fell in love with this Seascape Golf Villa and hope you will too!
The villa is located between the 11th and 13th holes. One of the benefits is how quiet and relaxing it is to be on the golf course. When you return home from fun at the beach or the convenient shopping, you can relax on the deck and watch the golfers as the sun sets.
There is a newly remodeled bathroom retreat with beautiful tile work and upgraded vanities. The master bedroom features a king bed and plenty of storage space. The large living room has a pullout queen sofa, pullout full sofa, and a loveseat.
We are located a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Or you can drive to the private parking lot for Seascape guests. There are five pools for your use. The cantina on-site delivers to your door and has great music and lattes!

Year Purchased: 2008
We are originally from Huntsville, Alabama and have spent much of our married life living in other states. When we moved home again, our goal was to spend more time at the beach! We spent many family vacations in the Florida Panhandle and know that Destin has it all!
Why the Owner Chose Seascape
We love Seascape because it is beautifully maintained and has everything we need for a well-deserved vacation...including peace and quite!! We love that we are not in a high-rise complex, but in a building with only three other units.
