This lush and spacious two-bedroom condo beach escape is located in the exclusive Puerta del Mar condominium complex, a Mediterranean style development which sits majestically above sea level overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Sea. Our condo is comfortably located on the ground floor of the front-ocean buildings that overlook Crashboat Beach, a world famous sports and diving underworld Eden. So come and relax on a “hamaca” or sit by the terrace sipping a tasty tropical drink while enjoying the cool Caribbean breeze, and experience the most stunning sun set views of the island of “Desecheo”, Aguadilla Bay and the Mona Passage without having to move an inch.

Our apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room area, family, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steal appliances and a spacious first floor front beach balcony. The impressive infinity pool that hangs over the cliff top is just a step away from the balcony of the apartment as are many other amenities offered at our condo such as gazebos, sun decks, and “miradores” from where you can take a closer view of the Atlantic Sea and the beauties that this West Coast Jewel has to offer.

A sophisticated yet comfortable tropical blue decoration stimulates your senses helping you and your guests/family to relax and enjoy your stay. The condo easily accommodates from five to six people. Our spacious and elegant master room provides a comfortable queen sized bed equipped with a Simmons Beautyrest pillow-top mattress, dresser with ample storage space and night table, walk-in closet, and private bath with separate vanity area. The second room offers the guest a sturdy, double bed equipped with a lower full-size bed and twin bed on top. Both have comfortable Simmons mattresses. A sixth guest can be accommodated on the Airbed. For the writer hidden in all of us wishing to record this dream vacation, our guest room offers a comfortable writing desk, displaying a full-size Puerto Rican tourist map offering relevant information. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. And for the enjoyment of all who vacation at our condo, we offer snorkeling equipment, table games, tennis rackets, swimming boards, beach chairs, beach towels, compact radio, and cooler. The family room comes equipped with a 42” LCD TV, Surround Sound equipment with I-Pod plug in system, DVD player, library of movies, and X-Box game console with a variety of games.

This condo offers its residents/visitors resort style amenities: two swimming pools (one infinity with a shared hot tub), outdoor showers, bathrooms, Jacuzzi, children’s playground, canopy spa beds for outdoor relaxing, and sundeck views where you can overlook the sea. In addition, there are two parking spaces per apartment, the security of 24/7 guards, plus remote gated entry. As you can see, Puerta del Mar is the haven that offers you and yours a safe and secure place to enjoy a stress-free vacation.

Fly directly into Aguadilla through the Aguadilla International Airport (BQN-previously Ramey AFB), a 10-minute drive from the condo and avoid the traffic from San Juan's Int. Airport. Remember that you do not need a US passport to travel from the United States to Puerto Rico and that the currency is in US dollars.

While in Aguadilla, our “Garden of the Atlantic” on the west coast, you must venture out and enjoy the many other touristic sites that this jewel coast city has to offer. So, come and take in the warm Caribbean sun and view the splendor of this west coast jewel. Overall, experience the famous surfing beaches of Wilderness, Chambers and Jobos that this area has to offer. Or if you prefer, go for a day of golf at the 18-hole Punta Boriquen Golf Course, at the Aguadilla Ramey Base and enjoy the beautiful slopes and wonderful ocean views as you play.

  • I took my wife and 2 teenage sons for a week in July. This condo exceeded all our expectations. Puerta del Mar is absolutely beautiful. The boys particularly enjoyed the large selection of DVD's and surround-sound theater in the family room. The snorkeling equipment sure came in handy at Crashboat Beach. But our favorite spot was Wilderness Beach - about 3 miles away. We had the whole beach all to ourselves. Thanks, Nannette, for making our first trip to Puerto Rico such a memorable experience.

  • I stayed at this condo with four friends and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation! Upon first impression, the decor was very tasteful - relaxing and chic. The iPod dock, surround sound speaker system, flat screen HDTV and selection of DVD's certainly was a plus, NOT TO MENTION the cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs available. Nannette was wonderful and very helpful and I never had a problem with communication. I couldn't suggest a better location or property.

  • This is definetly a AAA vacation rental unit. The condo is spotlessly clean, well furnished,and beautifully decorated. The views of the ocean and sunsets are breathtaking. The pool area is also great. The security is great, and made for a very relaxing vacation. The location of the condo is outstanding, just five minutes from the airport in Aguadilla. I would recommend this condo rental to all my friends!

  • A definite A+ vacation rental condo! The facilities were excellent. Not only was it comfortable, but the decoration and details were done with great care and taste. The infinity pool, which is just a walk away, is breathtaking. And the fact that it's a garden apt. made it very accessible for the children. The kitchen is fully equipped and the welcome Puerto Rican coffee tasted delicious (we bought some before returning home). Crashboat Beach is BEAUTIFUL, and it is great especially for children. The waters are clear blue and the dive from the pier is a lot of fun. Thanks for providing the beach towels, chairs and cooler. It made our day at the beach more convenient.
