This lush and spacious two-bedroom condo beach escape is located in the exclusive Puerta del Mar condominium complex, a Mediterranean style development which sits majestically above sea level overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Sea. Our condo is comfortably located on the ground floor of the front-ocean buildings that overlook Crashboat Beach, a world famous sports and diving underworld Eden. So come and relax on a “hamaca” or sit by the terrace sipping a tasty tropical drink while enjoying the cool Caribbean breeze, and experience the most stunning sun set views of the island of “Desecheo”, Aguadilla Bay and the Mona Passage without having to move an inch.
Our apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room area, family, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steal appliances and a spacious first floor front beach balcony. The impressive infinity pool that hangs over the cliff top is just a step away from the balcony of the apartment as are many other amenities offered at our condo such as gazebos, sun decks, and “miradores” from where you can take a closer view of the Atlantic Sea and the beauties that this West Coast Jewel has to offer.
A sophisticated yet comfortable tropical blue decoration stimulates your senses helping you and your guests/family to relax and enjoy your stay. The condo easily accommodates from four to five people. Our spacious and elegant master room provides a comfortable queen sized bed equipped with a Simmons Beautyrest pillow-top mattress, dresser with ample storage space and night table, walk-in closet, and private bath with separate vanity area. The second room offers the guest a sturdy, double bed equipped with a lower full-size bed and twin bed on top. Both have comfortable Simmons mattresses. For the writer hidden in all of us wishing to record this dream vacation, our guest room offers a comfortable writing desk, displaying a full-size Puerto Rican tourist map offering relevant information. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. And for the enjoyment of all who vacation at our condo, we offer snorkeling equipment, table games, tennis rackets, swimming boards, beach chairs, beach towels, compact radio, and cooler. The family room comes equipped with a 42” LCD TV, Surround Sound equipment with I-Pod plug in system, DVD player, library of movies, and X-Box game console with a variety of games.
This condo offers its residents/visitors resort style amenities: two swimming pools (one infinity with a shared hot tub), outdoor showers, bathrooms, Jacuzzi, children’s playground, canopy spa beds for outdoor relaxing, and sundeck views where you can overlook the sea. In addition, there are two parking spaces per apartment, the security of 24/7 guards, plus remote gated entry. As you can see, Puerta del Mar is the haven that offers you and yours a safe and secure place to enjoy a stress-free vacation.
Fly directly into Aguadilla through the Aguadilla International Airport (BQN-previously Ramey AFB), a 10-minute drive from the condo and avoid the traffic from San Juan's Int. Airport. Remember that you do not need a US passport to travel from the United States to Puerto Rico and that the currency is in US dollars.
While in Aguadilla, our “Garden of the Atlantic” on the west coast, you must venture out and enjoy the many other touristic sites that this jewel coast city has to offer. Our family decided to go south this year for Christmas and we had a great trip to PR thanks to Nannette and their picture perfect condo. The weather was ideal and the condo was just as described and extremely clean. We went to Crash Boat Beach five to six times per week and in the mornings we frequented Rose's Coffee Shop beside the Quizino's for their excellent cappuccinos and baked goods. This condo has a stunning view of the ocean and the pool including the grounds were great for the kids and well maintained. Nannette was very responsive and the whole reservation and rental process was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to visiting again soon.

My yearly visits to PR began at the age of 12. For the past 36 years these visits continue to be a ritual I look forward to: visiting uncles, aunts, cousins and my father who permanantly reside on the Island. Visiting and lodging with family has always been the highlight of my visit. Last summer was the first summer I deviated from my routine and stayed at this condo at Puerta del Mar...I never imagined that my annual visit to he island could get any better...but it did. I fell in love with Puerto Rico on a deeper level. Every morning I would step out of the apartment and look at the most remarkable view of the ocean. The apartment was fully equipped with everything a tourist could need...a tourist is not how I describe myself; however, I am limited as a visitor but it felt I had all the resources of home. My family and I had a wonderful time and we look foward to adding an annual stay at Puerto del Mar as part of our ritual. Thank you Nannette and Luis!!!

The listing description was accurate regarding the location. The photo's displayed exactly what we received. The property was clean and well maintained. My only concern was we tried to call the owners and never received a call back. I would recommend this property to my friends and families. We stayed here and mostly visited family. But the beach was close enough if you wanted to go down to it. The pool was really nice and clean. Kids had fun. Great place all in all for families and well and single people.

Our third trip to Puerto Rico and staying at Puerto Del Mar Aguadilla was by far the best choice yet! The views from the condo were no less than spectacular! Watching the beautiful sunsets, listening to the Coqui and watching the twinkling lights of Aguada & Rincon became a ritual each night. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to spend a day at any one of the many beautiful beaches nearby, to enjoying a laid back day at the infinity pool. The location of the condo is very convenient, and being close to the airport is a huge bonus. There is a market nearby and many, many places to dine out and enjoy the local cuisine. The attention to detail and ammenities at this condo are superb. Nannette was wonderful to correspond with, answering all our questions in a timely manner from start to finish. We can't wait to return, thanks for a very memorable stay!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our first visit to Puerto Rico. The condo was very clean and comfortable and airy. Master bed very comfortable. The girls thought the pool was a bit cold so spent most of their time at the nearby beach and other beaches in Rincon. And the beaches are free! In fact, we did not have to pay once to park anywhere in PR. That was really unexpected. I was surprised how easy it was to get around PR by car, not even speaking a word of Spanish! The people are VERY friendly and accommodating. 2 suggestions: provide more glasses/cups--I hate washing dishes frequently; direct visitors to the other street that avoids the traffic bumps--the rental car we had was so low it scraped on every bump even after coming to a complete stop first! Oh, and if you want to go the the nearby Catholic Church--walk! You will NOT find a parking space anywhere near the church anyhow. We would definitely recommend this condo highly.

Our stay at your condo was the best part of our vacation. The serenity of the ocean view, peaceful sunbathing by the pool, and the comfort of the modern accomodations soothed us after a long day of sightseeing and battling traffic. Additionally, it was easy to contact you with any questions or concerns. Our favorite coffee shop was D'Rose Chocolate Factory (walking distance from condo). Most interesting historical sight was Old San Juan (hint: take ferry from Catano and go early in morning to avoid traffic jams). The island has so much natural beauty with wonder tropical weather. There is much more to enjoy and upon our return would not hesitate to book your condo again. Thank you!

The condo was everything that was advertised and more. We loved being on the ground level. The patio walked out to a grassy lawn with spectacular sunset views. The location is just three doors from the beautiful infinity pool. The condo was spacious and very clean..This was an easy transaction with the owners and the security deposit was returned in a timely fashion. Overall location is terrific - close to grocery and restaurants. I would highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful property that the pictures (as good as they are) don't fully capture the location. We enjoyed our stay in July even though the temperatures were hot with high humidity, which we expected. The pool area is outstanding and well maintained. The condo is clean and laid out well. The Saraha desert winds carry over into the area a lot of sand, so the heat builds up quite a bit, but then that's part of being in the Caribbean. My wife, three children and I stayed in this condo for a week in August, 2009. The condo itself is terrific. It is spacious and beautifully furnished, with tiled floors throughout. There is a nice TV room off the living room, with lots of DVDs supplied by the owner to choose from. We spent each night after dinner as a family watching a different DVD of the Planet Earth series. The kitchen was well equipped and provided nice flexibility to mix some meals at home with eating out. As the complex sits on a bluff, the view from the front of the condo of the Carribean Sea is spectacular. The development's two pools are close at hand, and my children enjoyed different design and layout of each. Crashboat Beach is a ten minute drive, and was a great place to hang out with locals and eat lunch. All in all, we really enjoyed our week in this unit. It was a great place to kick back and spend great time relaxing, as a family.

Review Title : 702125 - "A great place to stay with the kids!" "My wife and I stayed at this great condo with our two sons (10 & 13 yrs old) for a week in March 2010. It was more than we expected. The location is super and the condo was better than most luxury resorts. All of the little touches were unexpected but greatly appreciated (washer and dryer, beach gear, coolers, xbox w/games, ipod docks and chargers, and on and on). The pool is awesome and Crashboat Beach is great for the family and very close by. The booking process was easy and Nannette was easy to work with and always very kind.
