We had an amazing time in Aguadilla. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and we couldn't have asked for better accomodations. The condo is exactly like the photos, if not better. It was beautifully decorated, clean and an ideal location. Nanette was gracious and answered our questions when we called. We had the chance to snorkel, stand up paddle board, surf and ride horses. We would reccomend Aqautica Dive and Surf Shop and Tropical Trailrides. They were fantastic! Thank you NAneete for sharing your condo with us. It was the best family trip we have yet taken!

Condo With a Great View

We were able to get away to Aguadilla for five nights during our Spring Break Week and we couldn't have been more pleased. The condo complex was easy to find, very secure and extremely comfortable. Unlike some of the properties that we have rented in the past, it had many of the comforts of home, including beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and a full kitchen with all of the equipment we needed to cook may of our meals. The grounds are beautiful and you have an amazing sunset view. The proximity to Crashboat Beach made it an ideal location for swimming and snorkeling close by, and for visiting the western part of the island. We visited the beautiful beaches of Rincon (great snorkeling at Steps Beach) and Mayaguez as well as a trip on the Routa Panoramica (panoramic drive) through the mountains. The infinity pool was a great place to start and end the day. We took advantage of the fresh fish market at Crashboat (a cooperative of local fishermen), buying fresh red snapper and tuna. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

The property is, indeed, lovely. The view of the water and the proximity to the pool were the highlights for me. The decor is very attractive and inviting. Nannette and Luis are very responsive, even adding shower grab bars to make the shower more accessible for me. Roadside fruit stands are great, and there is a Saturday AM farmers market. Really a great choice for Rest and Relaxation!

The location was as promised in the photos and the owner was fantastic about responding to any questions. When the Internet was down she had someone come to fix it within minutes! The only thing I can complain about is that the infinity pool was not heated and was probably 75 degrees; with the same going for the hot tub. Had these features been operational I would certainly give this property 5 stars. Nearby is Crashboat beach which is probably one of the only true beaches in the Aguadilla, Aguada area. You will certainly need to rent a car to get to the beaches and surrounding areas as the condo sits perched atop a steep hill, which allows for the magnificent views and sunsets. Also, the neighbors were very pleasant.

Had an Amazing Family Christmas for Three Weeks in this Awesome Condo - We Highly Recommend!

Our family decided to go south this year for Christmas and we had a great trip to PR thanks to Nannette and their picture perfect condo. The weather was ideal and the condo was just as described and extremely clean. We went to Crash Boat Beach five to six times per week and in the mornings we frequented Rose's Coffee Shop beside the Quizino's for their excellent cappuccinos and baked goods. This condo has a stunning view of the ocean and the pool including the grounds were great for the kids and well maintained. Nannette was very responsive and the whole reservation and rental process was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful and Clean Location

The listing description was accurate regarding the location. The photo's displayed exactly what we received. The property was clean and well maintained. My only concern was we tried to call the owners and never received a call back. I would recommend this property to my friends and families. We stayed here and mostly visited family. But the beach was close enough if you wanted to go down to it. The pool was really nice and clean. Kids had fun. Great place all in all for families and well and single people.

Grande view and accommodations deluxe!

Our third trip to Puerto Rico and staying at Puerto Del Mar Aguadilla was by far the best choice yet! The views from the condo were no less than spectacular! Watching the beautiful sunsets, listening to the Coqui and watching the twinkling lights of Aguada & Rincon became a ritual each night. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to spend a day at any one of the many beautiful beaches nearby, to enjoying a laid back day at the infinity pool. The location of the condo is very convenient, and being close to the airport is a huge bonus. There is a market nearby and many, many places to dine out and enjoy the local cuisine. The attention to detail and ammenities at this condo are superb. Nannette was wonderful to correspond with, answering all our questions in a timely manner from start to finish. We can't wait to return, thanks for a very memorable stay!

Spectactular view from the front porch!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our first visit to Puerto Rico. The condo was very clean and comfortable and airy. Master bed very comfortable. The girls thought the pool was a bit cold so spent most of their time at the nearby beach and other beaches in Rincon. And the beaches are free! In fact, we did not have to pay once to park anywhere in PR. That was really unexpected. I was surprised how easy it was to get around PR by car, not even speaking a word of Spanish! The people are VERY friendly and accommodating. 2 suggestions: provide more glasses/cups--I hate washing dishes frequently; direct visitors to the other street that avoids the traffic bumps--the rental car we had was so low it scraped on every bump even after coming to a complete stop first! Oh, and if you want to go the the nearby Catholic Church--walk! You will NOT find a parking space anywhere near the church anyhow. We would definitely recommend this condo highly.

Our stay at your condo was the best part of our vacation. The serenity of the ocean view, peaceful sunbathing by the pool, and the comfort of the modern accomodations soothed us after a long day of sightseeing and battling traffic. Additionally, it was easy to contact you with any questions or concerns. Our favorite coffee shop was D'Rose Chocolate Factory (walking distance from condo). Most interesting historical sight was Old San Juan (hint: take ferry from Catano and go early in morning to avoid traffic jams). The island has so much natural beauty with wonder tropical weather. There is much more to enjoy and upon our return would not hesitate to book your condo again. Thank you!

Perfect Girls Weekend!

The condo was everything that was advertised and more. We loved being on the ground level. The patio walked out to a grassy lawn with spectacular sunset views. The location is just three doors from the beautiful infinity pool. The condo was spacious and very clean..This was an easy transaction with the owners and the security deposit was returned in a timely fashion. Overall location is terrific - close to grocery and restaurants. I would highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful property that the pictures (as good as they are) don't fully capture the location. We enjoyed our stay in July even though the temperatures were hot with high humidity, which we expected. The pool area is outstanding and well maintained. The condo is clean and laid out well. As for the heat and humidity, everyone in the Caribbean will agree that this year has been quite hot. The Saraha desert winds carry over into the area a lot of sand, so the heat builds up quite a bit, but then that's part of being in the Caribbean. Review Title : 702125 - "A great place to stay with the kids!" "My wife and I stayed at this great condo with our two sons (10 & 13 yrs old) for a week in March 2010. It was more than we expected. The location is super and the condo was better than most luxury resorts. All of the little touches were unexpected but greatly appreciated (washer and dryer, beach gear, coolers, xbox w/games, ipod docks and chargers, and on and on). The pool is awesome and Crashboat Beach is great for the family and very close by. The booking process was easy and Nannette was easy to work with and always very kind. Our stay at your condo was exceptional. Every detail was thought of, from the beach towels to the pots in the kitchen.The process of booking the condo was done with ease. my wife, daughter and I stayed at the condo for 14 days in January 2010. We had a wonderful time. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean there were lots of amenities and the grounds were well kept. being close to the pool and having the sunset just outside our front door was a real treat. There are a lot of great waves to surf close by and the airport is only 5 minuets away. We can't wait to come back and visit again. Also Dealing with Nannette was a real pleasure.

My yearly visits to PR began at the age of 12. For the past 36 years these visits continue to be a ritual I look forward to: visiting uncles, aunts, cousins and my father who permanantly reside on the Island. Visiting and lodging with family has always been the highlight of my visit. Last summer was the first summer I deviated from my routine and stayed at this condo at Puerta del Mar...I never imagined that my annual visit to he island could get any better...but it did. I fell in love with Puerto Rico on a deeper level. Every morning I would step out of the apartment and look at the most remarkable view of the ocean. The apartment was fully equipped with everything a tourist could need...a tourist is not how I describe myself; however, I am limited as a visitor but it felt I had all the resources of home. My family and I had a wonderful time and we look foward to adding an annual stay at Puerto del Mar as part of our ritual. Thank you Nannette and Luis!!!

I stayed with my family since Nov 26 to Nov. 30, 2009. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very spacious, well decorated and have all the facilities to make a family feel confortable (kitchen accesories, video games, movies). The location infront of the pool is a big asset for the kids. In addition, there are multiple atractions close to the apartment that contribute to enjoy our stay. My Husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo.The decor was very tasteful & modern, it really made us feel at home. This was a great location in Aguadilla near the crashboat beach for the weekend. The Beautiful scenery of the Sunrise & Sunset was breathtaking.The condo was very clean and quirky,service overall is good,and excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much and really felt comfortable. We appreciate everything Luis & Nannettte did to accomodate us and feel Like Home. I would Definatly stay there again and recommend my friends to make reservations.It is as good as a 5 Star Hotel. My wife, three children and I stayed in this condo for a week in August, 2009. The condo itself is terrific. It is spacious and beautifully furnished, with tiled floors throughout. There is a nice TV room off the living room, with lots of DVDs supplied by the owner to choose from. We spent each night after dinner as a family watching a different DVD of the Planet Earth series. The kitchen was well equipped and provided nice flexibility to mix some meals at home with eating out. As the complex sits on a bluff, the view from the front of the condo of the Carribean Sea is spectacular. The development's two pools are close at hand, and my children enjoyed different design and layout of each. Crashboat Beach is a ten minute drive, and was a great place to hang out with locals and eat lunch. All in all, we really enjoyed our week in this unit. It was a great place to kick back and spend great time relaxing, as a family.

I took my wife and 2 teenage sons for a week in July. This condo exceeded all our expectations. Puerta del Mar is absolutely beautiful. The boys particularly enjoyed the large selection of DVD's and surround-sound theater in the family room. The snorkeling equipment sure came in handy at Crashboat Beach. But our favorite spot was Wilderness Beach - about 3 miles away. We had the whole beach all to ourselves. Thanks, Nannette, for making our first trip to Puerto Rico such a memorable experience.

A True Diamond Villa

This villa is set in the most breath taking setting in Aguadilla. You are minutes from the airport which is a plus when traveling with small children and the villa is on the bottom floor so you have easy access to the pool. It's a gated community that makes you feel secure at all times. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach or pool. For our family we appreciated having the comforts of home such as an awesome entertainment room with DVD's, games, music, and not to mention the high definition flat screen TV! The owners have special attention to detail and it shows in each room you walk into... beautiful colors and art deco. Renting a car is the way to go so you will be able to go shopping, and visit local restaurants, casinos in the neighboring town Mayaguez (aprox 15-20 mins). A day trip to Ponce is worth the drive to see the beautiful historical town and what it has to offer. You will enjoy many sunrises and sunsets in your Puerta Del Mar villa. We took pride in staying in such a magnificent property and so will you. Luis and Nannette thank you for making our family vacation special, we will be sure to recommend it to all of our friends/family.

I stayed at this condo with four friends and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation! Upon first impression, the decor was very tasteful - relaxing and chic. The iPod dock, surround sound speaker system, flat screen HDTV and selection of DVD's certainly was a plus, NOT TO MENTION the cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs available. Nannette was wonderful and very helpful and I never had a problem with communication. I couldn't suggest a better location or property.

Spectacular Ocean View

We enjoyed an awesome vacation here enjoying the view from the patio...its amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated and very, very, clean. Crashboat was our favorite beach for sun and fun. Enjoyed the water activities there. They offer jet skis, kayaks, and banana boat rides! The food was great and they have the best pina colada's we ever tasted right there on the beach! Having the beach chairs, towels, cooler and snorkeling gear provided for us was a huge convenience! We would also recommend Jobos beach in Isabella with the big blowhole and Marias beach in Rincon was fun to watch the surfers! We would definately recommend this unit also for its placement in the complex. Right next to the infinity pool, only a short walk to the parking lot, and again.....you can't beat the view!

This is definetly a AAA vacation rental unit. The condo is spotlessly clean, well furnished,and beautifully decorated. The views of the ocean and sunsets are breathtaking. The pool area is also great. The security is great, and made for a very relaxing vacation. The location of the condo is outstanding, just five minutes from the airport in Aguadilla. I would recommend this condo rental to all my friends!

A definite A+ vacation rental condo! The facilities were excellent. Not only was it comfortable, but the decoration and details were done with great care and taste. The infinity pool, which is just a walk away, is breathtaking. And the fact that it's a garden apt. made it very accessible for the children. The kitchen is fully equipped and the welcome Puerto Rican coffee tasted delicious (we bought some before returning home). Crashboat Beach is BEAUTIFUL, and it is great especially for children. The waters are clear blue and the dive from the pier is a lot of fun. Thanks for providing the beach towels, chairs and cooler. It made our day at the beach more convenient.
