We booked this condo and had never visited the Cape Canaveral/ Cocoa beach area before. We were going to a wek long basketball tournament for our boys. Many of the other people traveling in our group had bad experiences with filty, small, not like the photo accomodations. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE HERE! The listing was pretty accurate. We enjoyed the property. The condo was was very well kept, clean, and had everything we needed. The owners were nice, friendly and very accomodating. There were 4 of us staying in the unit, My husband, myself and our 2 boys 11 & 13. We would certainly stay again. it was a nice experience.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo was everything we wanted in a vacation property! Clean, comfortable & affordable! The door lock was already programmed and ready for us when we arrived. No hassle of checking in with a front desk; within minutes, we were relaxing at the beach after our 2 day drive! This condo is only steps away to the pool & beach! It has a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere at the Royal Mansions condo complex. Perfect for anyone looking to get away from the bustle of loud, crowded public beach areas, yet only minutes away from any Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral activity you may want! Our family had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Thanks, Ken & Russ!

Very nice condo, clean and spacious. The owner is very helpful for everything needed. A grat place to stay, relaxing, comfortable and secure. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Very nice pool and beach. Tres beau condo, propre, relaxant et sécuritaire. Belle piscine, belle plage, environnement tres propre. je le recommande a ceux qui veulent passer de Belles Vacances. VERY well kept property. Well worth the price. Beautiful beach. Great pool area. DO NOT miss the sunrises! CLEAR water! Just fantastic! We previously were Florida Panhandle vacationers but changed our plans this year due to the oil mess...Are we ever glad we rented here!.....WE WILL BE BACK!
