It is ideally located in Cape Haze which borders Englewood providing access to some of the most pristine beaches you can find yet close enough to Port Charlotte so you can enjoy shopping malls, restaurants many other amenities. If you enjoy golf the Rotunda and several other golf courses are minutes away. If you enjoy fishing you can do so from our backyard which borders a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico or charter a boat that can take you to the gulf. There is something for everyone in this truly unique home.

It has a oversized 3 car garage that can easily accommodate a boat if you wish to bring it along. It's a perfect home for a single family that wants room to spread out or two families that like to vacation together. Why the Owner Chose Port Charlotte
We purchased the property because of its unique location that provides privacy, tranquility and access to 7 of the most beautiful beaches all within 20 minutes. We are originally from New England and have seen our fair share of beautiful beaches but the Englewood and Gaspiralla Island beaches are second to none. In addition the home is close enough to Orlanda that you could do it as a day trip. The Everglades, Venice Beach area allows for a variety of things to do.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Because of it's proximity to Tampa, Orlando, Forty Meyers and the Florida Everglades there are many things to do when not enjoying one of the many local beaches. If you like privacy and tranquility this is the place. The home is nestled in a development "South Gulf Cove" dedicated to keeping things natural. It's relaxing and beautiful with quite a bit of wild life.

We have been renting vacation homes for years in the Port Charlotte area and this home by far is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. Perfect for families with your own private pool and gourmet kitchen. We had a few rainy days and the billiard room was perfect to keep us entertained. Thanks to Peter and family for allowing us to share in his fantastic home.

My family and I have just returned from a 2 week vacation at this beautiful home. The photo's alone do not do the home justice - it was better than we had ever expected, and we have stayed in a few homes in Port Charlotte. The owner was so very helpful in answering any questions we had regarding the rental. Would we rent this propety again - absolutely, and would recommend to anyone interested in staying in the Port Charlotte area.
