Very enjoyable to sit on balcony and enjoy meals and the view. Young children-friendly and teenagers find many other teens to enjoy---Pelican Beach is the place most families want to go to because it is close to Marina downtown, close to WalMart, close to grocery and shopping, movies, restaurants. I could not have picked a better place in Destin, Fl for my business trip and family vacation, Pelican Beach unit 305 was exactly as described in the VRBO listing, in addition the photos were magnificent and reflected what the unit looked like. The property was very clean as expected. The owner was great to deal with, we had a very pleasant experience. We definetely will recommend this condo Pelican 305 to small family with two or three adults and two children, great views of the beach. The condo is centrally located and you can walk to several restaurants and shops.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
