Clean, beautiful, comfortable, primary colors beach/traditional, with decorator bedding and accessories, neat, white kitchen, tile floors, upgrade mirrors, artwork all make for a pleasant place to relax. You are close to the beach and water and hear the water sounds.
Very enjoyable to sit on balcony and enjoy meals and the view. Young children-friendly and teenagers find many other teens to enjoy---Pelican Beach is the place most families want to go to because it is close to Marina downtown, close to WalMart, close to grocery and shopping, movies, restaurants. Do not forget the huge Designer Outlet Stores in Silver Sands about 5 miles East and Destin Commons for the movies/restaurants and great shopping about 2-3 miles East.
Pelican Beach has beautiful grounds and entry drive with convenient parking, space for conventions and conferences that attracts many groups. This unit is on third floor closest to the elevator. Privately owned and decorated and upgraded each year.
