Why the Owner Chose Ski Hill Condos
We chose to buy a vacation rental in Breckenridge because we live around an hour away and really enjoy getting up to the mountains whenever we can. We love the town of Breckenridge - it's a real town, not just a cluster of condos around a few ski lifts. We feel that Breckenridge has everything...the great mountain, a wonderful town with shops, restaurants and nightlife, an a very friendly atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is an absolutely wonderful unit in the Ski Hill condo buildings. We purchased it in 2008 and did quite a bit of remodeling, including the kitchen and both bathrooms. The unit has spectacular views, with an entire wall of windows that overlook town and the mountains. It also has a wood-burning fireplace which keeps it cosy and comfortable. It's close to everything! We love the location, with a 4 minute walk to the gondola and a 1 minute walk to Main Street. Plus the pool (summer only) and hot tub are right in front of this unit, which is nice summer and winter.

We're a family of 4 that lives just outside Denver, Colorado, so we're fortunate enough to get to enjoy going up to Breckenridge on a regular basis. We moved to Colorado around 20 years ago and we just love it here. Our two boys - Luke and Logan - are skiers and starting to do some snowboarding. We love owning this condo in Breckenridge! It's the best getaway.
P.S. Here we are in front of St. Peters in Rome a few months ago.

This is a great condo. The location is fantastic! Just out the back door to catch the free bus to the ski lifts, out the front door to walk a block or two to great eating establishments. The condo is tastefully decorated-warm and inviting! A great plus is the hot tub just outside to help relax the muscles after a day of skiing! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It is exactly as advertised. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It is within walking distance to shopping and several great restaurants. It is a short walk to the gondola or to free shuttle bus stop for access to the slopes. To get back from the slopes every day we skied the 4 O' Clock run down, which left us less than a block walk back to the condo. The owners were great to deal with and responded promptly. My family and I enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again.

This is a MUST place to stay. It's clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and centrally located to all the best places to go visit. The owners were great to deal with, and made our stay very easy to get arranged. The photos don't really do justice to the condo - it's nicer!! I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful weekend at this condo! It was in walking distance to the gondola and the shops. The home was lovely, comfortable and in the perfect location. It is obvious that the owners take really good care of this condo as it has many upgrades and luxuries. I had a great time and did not want to leave. I will definitely be looking forward to planning another visit. Thanks again to the Condo owners for making it so accommodating.
