This completely remodeled condo is the perfect location for a group or multi family parties. The condo is located in the Payday development directly across the street from the new Silverstar chair lift at the Park City Mountain Resort. The living room looks out onto the 14th fairway of the Park City Golf Course where there is a groomed 20 k skate/cross country ski track in the winter. Across the street is a bus stop for the free Park City shuttle system that accesses the Canyons and Deer Valley ski areas as well as Main Street.
The condo is 2000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The ground level entrance has a master with queen bed and bath. There is a guest bathroom, kitchen, sunken lining room and deck with hot tub on this level. The second level has two bedrooms with a total of 8 bunk beds and bathroom. There is a large deck accessed through the bedrooms as well. The third level has one bedroom with a Queen bed and a smaller bed perfect for a teenager. There is a large screen TV, stereo system, gas fireplace, sunken living room and upgraded tile and slate through out the unit. An 8 place gloves and boot dryer, washer/dryer, 3 decks and private hot tub make this a perfect Park City property for the mountain guest.
Skiers can walk across the street to a private glass elevator for transport to the Silverstar Village and chairlift. Tickets are available at the village where there is NEVER a line. Enjoy the new Silver Star Cafe situated right next to the lift. Not your usual lodge food, this cafe offers delicious home made pastries, wood fire pizzas, salads and coffee drinks.
The city golf course is a excellent and very affordable 18 hole course and an easy 2 minute walk across the 14th fairway to the clubhouse.
