Ocean Sunset villa, located in the central seaside area of Choc Estate, is five bedroom house, perfect for enjoying the breezy atmosphere. The open plan - spacious living and dining room, are at the centre of the villa, with the bedrooms extending at various points off the central living room. Each bedroom is en-suite, large and well appointed. The house sleeps from 2 - 12 comfortably, but roll a way beds can be brought in to accommodate more persons if needed, up to 20. The amenities of the house are TV and DVD player, full kitchen, housekeeper and gardener.
The villa is located just 10 minutes north of Castries and 1 hour north of Vieux Fort. Ocean Sunset villa is located just across the road from the Gablewoods Mall which houses a supermarket, bank, liquor store, florist, toy store, eye specialist and doctor's office, dry cleaners, post office, gym, pharmacy, many clothing and shoe stores as well as household stores and haberdasheries.
The house is beachfront and the bathing access is one minute walk away and shares the same beach as Sandals Halcyon. If you are in the mood the bustling nightlife of Rodney Bay Village is just 10 minutes away.
On the property is a gazebo which is perfect for romantic dinners or weddings for 20 guests. The peaceful and breezy nights lend to lounging and relaxing while listening to the lapping of the waves.
