The finest condo tower on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach - Boardwalk Beach Resort. Our 8th floor unit offers beautiful views of the beach and ocean, while being above the noise of the pool. The great room, as well as the master suite have floor to ceiling windows and access to the balcony. The Boardwalk Beach Resort has a massive wide, not crowded, beachfront.
Granite counter tops, premium cabinets and furniture throughout, 3 televisions with cable, extra bunk room for the kids, full size washer and dryer, full kitchen with new appliances. A short elevator ride and your are on the sugar soft sand of the gulf.
The resort features a kids water playground adjoining the zero entry pool, poolside restaurant & bar, and the Island Breeze corner market. New: On-site massage services available for purchase through September. Want to swim with the dolphins? Take the jet-ski tour out to Shell Island and explore the nature preserve and see dolphins in their natural habitat. Sign up right out on the beach in front of the Boardwalk. Family movies under the stars on the beach each week, also Rock Band Night on the beach - come and enjoy a fun family night on the beach. Want to venture off the beach for the day? Check out nearby Pier Park, a shopping district complete with movie theater, restaurants and lots of walk about space (a short 10 minute drive from our condo). Also the kids may love Shipwreck Island, PCB's own water park filled with adventurous water slides, pools, and splash zones (about a 5 minute drive from our condo). And we are only a short walk to Pineapple Willies and a stones throw to the super Wal-Mart to stock up for the week!
Please note: Rates listed below do not include 4% processing fee, 12.5% tax, $15 parking fee per car, and a cleaning fee of $85.00.
Renters must be 25 years of age or members of the same family (strictly enforced).
Security deposit of one night's rent is required at time of booking and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, refunds of security deposit will be made less a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellations made within 30 to 10 days of arrival will result in loss of one night's rent, taxes, and fees. Cancellations within 10 days of arrival will result in forfeit of full reservation fee.

Why the Owner Chose Boardwalk Beach Resort
We are the original owners of Unit 808 at Boardwalk Beach Resort and love spending time there with our two daughters. We decided to buy a unit in Panama City Beach after seeing the success of areas like Destin and Hilton Head Island. We saw the potential and new development that was and is in store for Panama City Beach - it's not the same place as many of us remember from our teenage years. It's much more family oriented and development is changing the entire look and feel of the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We strive to maintain a "comfortable" beach condo atmosphere in our unit, where relaxation is our main focus. You can't get any closer to the beach that at Boardwalk Beach Resort, it's a short elevator ride down from the 8th floor straight out to the pool, sand and surf. The location of our unit is also not too high, yet not too close to the pool noise. Having young children ourselves, we did not want to feel like we were on top of a skyscraper at the beach. The location is central to everything PCB has to offer. We are 1/4 mile away from Super Walmart, which can meet any need 24 hours a day. Many local restaurants are nearby including Pineapple Willies, Zaxby's, Backyard Burgers, and Pompanos. The brand new Pier Park is a short drive away (approx. 10 minutes by car).

Wow, what a condo this is! My family and friends stayed here for Ironman Florida 2011. We had beautiful views of the beach and race start. We stayed for 10 days so we could enjoy before and after the race. All the rooms were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked - exactly what we needed! We liked the unit and the resort so much that we are looking to purchase a condo there ourselves! The owner and property management were great to work with - easily reachable when we had questions. We had a blast and I finished Ironman Florida!!!

What an amazing time our family had this summer! The sand looks like sugar and the water is so clear we could watch the dolphins and rays each morning over coffee on our balcony. Flying kites, kayaking, or just relaxing at the outdoor bar filled our days quickly. The kids loved getting ice cream and playing guitar hero on the beach or laying under the stars for movie night! We were so thrilled that there was something for everyone! Even the workout room was impressive! I was especially pleased with our kitchen's updated appliances and how much space there was for us all! The owners spared no expense... we plan on staying in this impeccable condo again next summer!!

We have had the privilege of being able to rent from the Tisdales for two years in a row. We have had such a great time. The view from the master suite is amazing. It is great to lay in bed and have an entire view of the ocean. Almost every night we go to the fish market and get fresh fish and cook in their amazing kitchen and sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and eat dinner. Usually at that point the kids are in their bunk beds, which they love. The kid pool is a great experience. It has multiple squirt guns and splash areas. We also loved the zero entry pool and hot tubs, right next to the tiki bar and cafe. They have really good food! We have also gone to some wonderful restaurants in the area and Pier Park, which the kids and the adults love. The condo is right on the beach, it is so pretty, we did nothing but relax for a whole week. You'll have a great time staying here. Thanks Tisdales! Lori and Chris
