The "HOUSE OF GAMES" is a huge house in Central Austin with approx 2700 square feet. Street walk in level has 3 BR's, living, dining and kitchen all with ebony wood floors to offer a contemporary feel. This house is very open, modern and minimalistic -- perfect for relaxing or enjoying the company of a large group.
Master bedroom has king bed and private bath. The second and third BR's both have queen sized beds and share a hall bath.
The game room/4th BR is a walk out basement downstairs from ground level (as this is a hilly area) and features big screen TV, 4 chairs, oversized sofa, pool table, large wet bar, 10 seat poker table, dart board, air hockey, foosball and French doors which walk out to patio, pool and hot tub. It's like having a full size tavern/game room on site and a resort sized pool & hot tub right out back!
This is the perfect house for several families or multiple couples to share. Master bedroom has a king bed & bathroom w/ shower. 2nd & 3rd BR's each feature a queen sized bed and a large full bath is in the hallway. Downstairs gameroom does have door to shut for privacy and has 2 full sized inflatable mattress to use anywhere. Gameroom also has oversized sofa while upstairs living room has 2 sofas. 3 sleeping bags or the inflatable mattresses are perfect for kids.

**All Guests not including family children must be 28 or older to lease and stay at property. Do not inquire and lease if you are a group of all under 28 year old guests.
**A $300 fully refundable deposit is required. The deposit can be used to pay for any damages or noise ordinance violations.

It's very easy access to Downtown, Univ of Texas and Central Austin attractions. Lake Austin is about 15-20 due west and Lake Travis is about 30-40 minutes due west taking 290/2222 all the way to the lake.
