  We spent a wonderful time at Spinner's. Teresa was so helpful and squeezing us in at the last minute. It was peaceful and quiet during the week and loved the bands on weekends. We only had a few step to the water and ate at their restaurant. The food was excellent. The cottage was so nice. The listing doesn't do it justice. It's much nicer. We will be back. Thanks again for all your help.

  We enjoyed our stay at the cottage, we arrived late & the owners were very hospitable & accomodating, providing dinner late @ night. They were awesome hosts. Cottage was adorable clean & comfortable, king bed was very comfy. Would recommend google or call ahead if you need directions. GPS could not find the location. Spinners is in a great location with all the amenities! Looking forward to returning in the Spring! Would highly recommend.

  We enjoyed our stay with the wonderful people at Spinner's. We arrived 4 hours early trying to outrun the snow storm in Michigan and they accomodated our early arrival which was much appreciated after a nearly 16 hour drive with boat in tow. The pictures do not do the cabins justice! I am EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness and this place surpassed my expectations! The cabins are absolutely beautiful and have everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. The restuarant is right across the way and we walked to dinner each night and also went to Sunday brunch. If you think the cabins are great, you will be even more impressed with the food. Everyone is so friendly, you can't ask for anything more. Would definately stay again and would have given this place more than 5 stars if I could!

  Our family would like to thank you for your Southern hospitality at Spinners Resort. Your vision and your standards of operation were appreciated and enjoyed by all of us. Nine of us had an enchanting holiday week between two cottages making memories we will always have with us after we have gone. Our Pontoon Boat excursion was wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful live entertainment, the excellent food in both restaurants and the luxurious cottage accomodations. Your resort and your crew are top notch with kind and polite manners and attitudes.

  My family spent a relaxing weekend in the cottages at Lake Murray in July/Aug. A great value and highly recommended. The cottages are modern (built 2009), large, clean, and tastefully decorated. We needed a pet friendly location and this was ideal. Beds were so comfortable. Enjoyed watching the lake from our front porch. Property owner and employees were friendly and helpful. Restaurant and boat slips on site. Cottages have full kitchen and washer/dryer. Flat screen TV with Direct-TV. We had 5 people and 1 pet, and this was much nicer and roomier than a hotel. There is live entertainment on the weekends in the summer which you can hear when outside, but once we shut our door, it was quiet inside. Boating on the lake is the main activity. You have to drive several miles to get to stores or nearby small towns. Recommended in nearby Prosperity SC (13 mi) are The Main Dish for sandwiches and deserts, Gasthaus Zur Elli german restaurant, Hawg Heaven for the barbeque buffet, Hamm Hardware for misc supplies, and the Prosperity Drug Store for ice cream. Newberry is another nearby town with a picturesque downtown and small shops and restaurants.

  Visited Spinners during Masters practice rounds. The cottages are VERY nice, well appointed, clean, and offer all the conveniences and comforts of home. The location is outstanding, with a waterfront restaurant, lakeside open air bar with flat screens. They even have their own beach with outdoor dining tables. Beyond all, though, was the outstanding service offered by Theresa and the entire staff, who accommodated our group and made our stay very enjoyable. We'll definitely return. I have a feeling once this place catches on it will be hard find available space on the calendar to stay here. Did I mention how reasonable the rates are? I know this sounds like I might work for Spinners with this rave review, but the fact is our group is from Ohio, and we stumbled upon this place by sheer luck. Thanks for a great time at Spinners!
