This is a premium 1BR unit located on the 14th floor of the best resort in Panama City Beach. The unit is stocked with adults in mind. A wide selection of cocktail glassware is provided for whatever you are drinking.
The sofa is super comfortable along with two glider rocking chairs. Absolutely the best.
Linens are 450 TC and our bath towels are over sized and oh, so soft.
The unit sleeps up to four adults.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cookware needs. No need to purchase cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. We start you off with it all.
High speed wireless internet through Comcast is provided with your rental.
Check-in anytime with keyless entry. We will email you a confirmation, rental agreement, parking pass and arrival information with the combination to your unit. You don't have to stop by any rental office or worry about picking up a key after hours. We try to make your vacation easy.
Check-in at 4 pm. Check-out is 10 am.

We stayed at this condo for a quick mother's day get away May 6th - 8th. The condo is beautiful very clean and the furnishings were very comfortable yet elegant. The balcony is very large with a front row seat to the gulf. The king size bed is exceptional very comfortable and my 2 children liked the pullout. This unit also has a washer and dryer. The complex as a whole was very nice. Both pools clean and clear and we spent alot of time in the hot tub. We also felt very safe the security was good and the elevators are very fast. If you want to be in the middle of the action this is a excellent choice. But however we do not want to be in the middle of the action. We did not hear one seagull while we were there due to those hang-glider things that sound like lawn mowers flying infront of the balcony all day long. If you swim in the ocean the only thing you hear is jet ski motors. We prefer peace. But if you prefer action packed this would be a great place for you. But the condo as a unit itself was fabulous. And also Linda was very easy to work with very nice and professional.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
