Spacious townhome has 2 formal bdrms, plus a loft & den make it feel like 4 bdrms. There are 2.5 baths. Fully AC'd home features plenty of privacy & great ocean views. Situated in the beautiful gated community of Punta Del Mar in Rincon, it's 2100 square feet & nicely furnished. Large kitchen & dining room, washer & dryer, gas BBQ, plus a couple of great decks. The second bedroom has a loft with an additional sleeping area. Main floor den with privacy door doubles as a bedroom with a queen size futon couch. Nice ocean views from the living room, dining room & master bedroom windows. There is another ocean view terrace on the second floor as well. The home sleeps 6 comfortably. Now with Wi-Fi computer access if you must bring your laptop. Great surf beach out your door, swim in the fantastic pool, or hit the tennis & basketball courts! There is a 4-7 night minimum. Stay7 nights or more and no cleaning fee!
Ocean House at Punta Del Mar, Rincon PR: This is a beautiful gated community on the north side of Rincon. Besides the great ocean right out your door, enjoy the pool, tennis courts, and basketball court! Just minutes away from Puntas, where there are lots of restaurants and bars, but far enough that when you come home, it will be peaceful and quiet! This is a surfing area in the winter, but there is a great tide pool area that families with small children love. In the summer, there is no surf, just beautiful ocean views!
Reservation Rules: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: if ninety (90) or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented. If we can not rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit. EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
