Cottage 280 is a 6 bedroom oceanside rental located in Kill Devil Hills. This oceanside cottage is located 1/2 mile from the Wright Brothers Memorial in the Wright Cottage Court on the Outer Banks. This Outer Banks rental will accommodate up to 12 persons (which includes children). It features 3 baths, kitchen, large living/dining room area and large back deck.
Two bedrooms feature 2 twin beds each, 1 bedroom features 1 king bed, 1 bedroom features 1 queen bed and the other 2 bedrooms feature 1 double bed each. The bathrooms have showers only, no tubs. The kitchen features: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, and silverware.
The great room/dining area features dinner seating for 12 and the spacious living room area also features a gas fireplace. This rental has free hi speed wireless internet, an outdoor shower (with exterior entrance) and a laundry room with washer/dryer (with exterior entrance).
The outdoor pool is located at our adjacent property where you check in. You may also check out daily our YMCA passes which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Linen is provided but not refreshed for all stays. In the summer months this is a Saturday to Saturday rental only. In the spring, fall and winter you may rent this nightly with a minimum night stay. All rates are subject to change and special event/holiday rates may apply. Everyone in the party must be 21 years of age and older to register and occupy this rental unless they are a family unit.

Our cottages are not run by a realty company so they are maintained by owners living on the beach. So if for any reason a mainteance issue was to occur, you can be sure that the situtaion would be handled quicker than waiting for a few days for someone to diagnose a problem.
