This 6 bedroom Outer Banks cottage is located in Kill Devil Hills, 1/2 mile from the Wright Brothers Memorial. It will sleep up to 12 persons (children and adults) comfortably. It features: 1 bedroom with 1 king, 1 bedroom with 1 queen, 2 bedrooms with 1 double, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, kitchen, living room/dining combo with gas fireplace, 3 baths (showers only), and large outdoor deck.
There is also an outdoor shower and laundry room with exterior entrance. Linen is supplied for your stay and there is free wireless internet. This cottage is located on the oceanside of the road (same side of the beach road as the ocean, just not oceanfront---no streets to cross to get to the ocean). Pool privileges are available at our adjacent property (open seasonally).
This cottage is spacious enough for a couple of families to have a small Outer Banks reunion, or for a few friends to get together for a great weekend. All guests must be 21 years of age and older to register and occupy our cottage (unless they are a family unit).
The kitchen features: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, basic dinnerware, cookware, and silverware. Guests are responsbile for bringing their own paper products, soap, detergent, trash liners, etc. Please feel free to call our front desk anytime for other items you may need to bring or for reservations. Prior to check out all dishes must be washed and all trash must be removed from the cottage.
During the warmer months this rental is reserved weekly starting on Saturdays only. In the fall, winter, or spring rent it weekly or nightly (with a 2 night minimum--and the week may begin on any day).
