    What a wonderful property! We stayed from 4/6-4/13 for a mini family reunion. This home was way beyond our expectations. The cleanliness was outstanding! The home couldn't have been more charming and comfortable. Well appointed with everything we needed and more. View was amazing! Definitely will be coming back and will tell everyone about this hidden treasure!!!!! Thank you so much

    We stayed here for my recent graduation from UWF. It was a fabulous place for our family with plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen and great location to restaurants and the zoo. We were here during something of a cold snap and did not enjoy any water activities, but the bay is absolutely beautiful in the fog and cold. Old Florida yard and property and the house itself has high ceilings, LOTS of light and really everything you need. The location is really close to WalMart, great restaurants, the zoo, Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Navarre... Thank you for a wonderful vacation house!

    You can't beat waking up to the gradual Northern light watching the water through the scrim curtains. if you need to relax, you will love this place! thank you for sharing this wonderful spot!

    We are currently staying in this lovely little cottage and can't recommend it more! The pictures are very true to life and the location is quiet and lovely. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable family vacation home, look no further. The bay is just a few steps from the large screened in back porch and offers safe and fun swimming for children and adults. The back porch is expansive and comfortable even in the July heat. We sit out and watch the sunset and catch the evening breeze. We will be booking this house again!

    My girlfriend and I stayed a week in May 2012 and had a great time. The house is very nice and spacious. Well taken care of and clean. There was some land scaping work being done around the front of the property but nothing that interrupted our stay. The water front access just 30 feet away way perfect for us and the sunset view spectacular. The house was well prices and the owner super to work with as well.

    When looking for someplace to stay on short notice we ran into this gem. The desciption and pictures were extremely accurate. The home is bigger than pictured due to the beautiful high ceilings and big doors. This home is open, well kept and uncluttered. My husband and I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals many have so much "just in case" books and games etc....it becomes cluttered feeling. This place on the other hand is totally clean but does offer the board games, internet and outside toys to make an enjoyable stay. The owner was extremely helpful and very concerned that we have a nice stay and that the house was clean. I can't wait to stay again. My family and I fished off the walk way to the water, kayaked and watched a beautiful sunset. Pensacola, pensacola beach and Gulf breeze are not far at all and walmart was only 6 miles for a quick I forgot trip.

    I have to say, it was just what our family needed. You know you aren't sure when you pay for something without ever really seeing it.. There was nothing missing in this home. Beautiful view of the Bay. Closest to Navarre Beach and Navarre has what you need. Not but maybe 15 to 20 minutes to Destin. My family and I absolutely loved staying here.. it was quiet, and so roomy you wouldn't believe. So glad I kept looking and decided it was worth not being directly on the actual Ocean. :) The Ray Family Lisa & Terry

    We spent a relaxing week, enjoying this well appointed and spacious house in a beautiful location. Also convenient for Pensacola (town, beach and old town), Fort Pickens and the National Naval Aviation Museum.

    What a beautiful property! A perfect "get-a-way" location for rest and relaxation. Everything you need is close by, even a Wal-Mart :-). It is a short drive into Pensacola for anything you need should you suffer from withdrawl from the fast pace life you left for a vacation. I recommend you visit Joe Patti's seafood to purchase fresh fish/seafood. Then retire to the House on the Bay for a sunset dinner on the back porch. It does not get any better, the sunset view is beautiful, it is a quite location, just Fantastic! Unlike a beach location, you have the Bay without the constant howl of a sea breeze with the bonus of shade trees.

    I have been renting beachfront properties every year in Florida but this property lived up to all expectations. The Bay was nice and quiet and the Cottage was amazing. We all had a great time and would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!! The Gulf Breeze Zoo is about 5 minutes away and well worth the visit.

    This property has a huge screened veranda 30' from the bay. October was a beautiful month to visit--spent all of our time outside! The house is spacious and clean, away from the beach hub-bub, but convenient.

    We had a fantastic time! The house was both larger and the interior nicer than we anticipated based on the photos. The location of the house was perfect for us - it was within 20 minutes drive to the national seashore and Pensacola, but it was away from the noise and provided a large amount of privacy.
