Guard gated, golf course community. This luxurious single level house has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. It's a bright house with lots of sunlight. Travertine floors are throughout the house except in the 2 secondary bedrooms where you'll find new carpeting. The kitchen has all new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a fireplace, 46" flat screen TV, DVR, and wireless internet access. The master suite is set up with a California king bed, a large walk-in closet and the bathroom has a rock shower, free-standing tub, and his and hers separate vanities.
The private back yard is dog friendly. It is completely enclosed with a small pool and patio furniture.
The Grayhawk Community is well known for having many different golf courses to choose from, Olympic size pools, and tennis courts. There are almost 50 Golf courses in Scottsdale and at least 8 within 5 miles of the house; some worth mentioning are TPC, Desert Ridge, Wildfire, Troon, Kierland, Sanctuary, Talon and Raptor. Several couples gathered here for a 10 year college reunion and the house was perfect! It has three beds for couples (1King, 2 Queen), where many homes do not have that. The home is decorated like a luxury hotel with beautiful linens (fluffy whites on the master bed!) and trendy modern decor. Great bathroom with stone and glass showers and bathtub has feet, great for a bubble bath. We felt like it was our place and not someone else's home. The fireplace and living room were right near the kitchen, which has a great open space you can't see in the photos - great for ultimate chillin out together because you always feel you're together. The table is right in the action for games or group dinners. The pool is delightfully tucked away for ultimate privacy and the grill worked great for our authentic Mexican Fiesta night! Despite bedrooms being close together, we all got a sound sleep - very peaceful. It also had room in the garage for our third car - a big plus! It was delightfully close to TPC Scottsdale golf course and not too far from downtown Scottsdale, several spas, and hiking activities. The owners were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs before and during the rental. I would highly recommend this home for individual couples, for a group, or for a family!

Great location and lovely home, perfect for a relaxing getaway!! Home is clean, comfortable, very quiet and private back yard. We brought our small dog, he loved it infact we think he wanted to stay! The house is nicely decorated and the owners were very accomodating and easy to work with. There is a larger common pool directly across the street which was also nice to use. There is also a great walking path directly behind the house. Can't wait to return and would highly recommend!
