The Unique Benefits at this House
I can't think of a better back yard to sip and enjoy your wine or beverage. Day or night the secluded back yard is perfectly landscaped with peonies, garden roses, gardenias to name a few. It is beautifully sheltered. The main kitchen is spacious and is a cooks dream. Large wood counter top, large sitting and lounging area. Each room is large and spacious. Formal dining room if needed. The house insulation is a plus. Windows open at night, and closed during the day, make for a lovely natural fresh feeling. AC of course is available. The cool nights are lovely.
