Enjoy this Upgraded 3 BR/4 BA Condo at the Phoenix West, the finest condo property on the beach. It is the only facility to have a Beachfront Lazy River and Water slide. The spectacular views from the large 20th floor balcony are breathtaking. The all-enclosed facility has an Indoor pool, gym, sauna, 2 Hot-tubs and roof-top tennis court. All parking is GARAGE enclosed!!!
This Up-graded Condo is furnished to the hilt. It qualifies for the Brett-Robinson rating of "Premium". The unit has tiled floor throughout, granite counter tops in the gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and an up-graded wet bar complete with full ice maker. There are 5 Flat-screen TV's throughout, including the kitchen. The Master suite has a King-size bed and a walk-in shower with Dual showerheads. The second bedroom has a pillow-top Queen bed and the third room has two pillow-top Full-size beds. All rooms have their own private bath and there is also a full bath in the hall. There is plenty of lighting with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a top of the line Sofa-sleeper to accommodate up to 2 adults in the living room. We have included an X-Box with several games, as well as tennis equipment to add to your stay. You will also find several family type games for those unfortunate rainy days.
Enjoy the white, sandy beaches and incredible sunsets as your kids float the day away in Orange Beach's only "beachfront" Lazy River. The over-sized indoor pool comes complete with two overflowing hot-tubs. The fitness center is state-of-the-art and provides his and her saunas to sooth your aches away. Without a doubt, the Phoenix West is one of the premier facilities on the Beach.
This is a non-smoking unit and the minimum age required to rent is 25.

My family had a fantastic vacation! Everything was just as the website described and more. The owner was very helpful and always answered my emails promptly. The condo was clean, well maintained and very spacious. The lazy river and the water slide were great. The rooms were very nice and the four full bathrooms were perfect. There were plenty of grills to use if you were planning on doing some grilling. The staff was always friendly and very helpful.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
