You can enjoy year round fun and sun for the entire family at our South Lake Chateau home, totally redone and well appointed, the home is large and very accommodating with a tropical oasis feeling. We are located in a quiet tree lined residential area and offer a tropical backyard with a solar heated swimming pool. The expansive furnished patio with it's tropical view will enhance your atmosphere during outdoor meals where you can make use of the provided barbecue grill to seal the deal. We are just blocks from Downtown Hollywood and Hollywood Beach with it's famous Broadwalk! We are the perfect location for family vacations, reunions and group travel.

Common Areas: The entry foyer welcomes you to the home with a dramatic panoramic view out to the pool and patio area. You then step down into the spacious living room area that features comfortable seating for six with two couches and two side chairs. The family room contains a beautiful bar area, a seating area, a bureau with TV and a beautiful view of the pool and patio area. The family room has direct access to the pool/patio area and is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with service for 8 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature an electric stove, a wall mounted single oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. Going a step further, we provide a coffee maker, blender, tea kettle and all necessary utensils to stock your kitchen. The utility room which is adjacent to the kitchen contains a washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella. The open and airy dining room area which is adjacent to the kitchen features a beautiful wood table with seating for eight.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The large master bedroom features a king size bed with a spacious sitting area and sliding glass patio access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, a private bath and a TV. The master bathroom suite is large and newly renovated. There are marble counter tops, his & her sinks and mirrors and an open glass block shower. This room can be your escape to luxury. The 2nd bedroom suite features a queen size bed, a dresser, a ceiling fan and TV/DVD. Complete with a sitting area and a private bath that features a beautifully tiled shower with glass doors and a large window to allow plenty of natural light. The 3rd bedroom features one full size bed, two night stands, two large windows to allow plenty of natural light and a lighted ceiling fan to keep you cool. This bedroom shares the 3rd bathroom complete with tub and shower. The 4th bedroom features two twin size beds, two night stands, one large window to allow natural light and a lighted ceiling fan to keep you cool. This bedroom shares the 3rd bathroom complete with tub and shower.
Comforts: Inside the home you will enjoy High Speed Internet access provided by the wireless access that is made available; so bring your laptop and connect freely. Outside we have a 35' x 17' furnished patio area that is afforded privacy by a wall of mature trees providing a tropical seclusion. You will find plenty of patio seating and umbrellas to enjoy outdoor meals and unwind.
Recreation: The City of Hollywood's Southlake is just a few blocks away and offers jogging trails as well as benches to sit and enjoy the scenery. If your bringing your boat or jet ski, Hollywood Marina is just a few minutes away as well. For the activity minded renter, just down the street is Jefferson park featuring four lighted tennis courts, paddle ball courts, two basketball courts, 2 bocce courts, a small recreation center, playground equipment, and a baseball/softball field. There is also a kiddie park just a few blocks away as well. For the beach goers, you can walk to Hollywood Beach (approximately 13 blocks) or you can drive and get there in 5 minutes or less. There is plenty of parking along the beach as well as multiple public parking garages.
Shopping: For the mall shoppers, the 2.4 million square feet Aventura Mall is only a short drive away and is anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, Sears, Nordstrom, & Bloomingdales. With over 100 specialty stores & 30 food establishments, this mall is one of the highlights of South Florida.
South Lake Chateau is located on tree-lined Washington St. east of U.S. 1 in the Hollywood Twin Lakes "Southlake" area. We are just south of Hollywood Boulevard and this prime location offers the best of Hollywood...all within a distance of 10 to 15 minutes.
In the home you can relax out on the patio taking in the tropical view while you unwind from the day. Later at night perhaps you can take a swim and do a barbecue while relaxing under the stars. You will enjoy this home and it's prime location!
South Lake Chateau provides linens, towels and beach towels for each rental. Inside the home there is a welcome booklet that describes the area and also indicates where you can locate the nearest supermarket, hospital and police station.
South Beach is located just a short 25 minute drive away!
