The economy may not be great but you can still enjoy a great, affordable winter vacation in Vermont! Wonderful get away whether you need time away alone, a fun outing with friends or a get away for the whole family! Ski-in, Ski-out is perfect for everyone! Great for young children who get tired, hungry or need a potty break! No need to get in your car and haul equipment. Ski lockers are provided. Ski into the condo for a quick lunch break or short rest. You don't have to feel like you have to be on the slope all day. You can ski multiple times a day at your leisure. If you prefer variety Okemo and Killington are just 15 to 45 minutes away. Bring your friends and create an annual event! Equipt for years of memories and fun!
Our unit is comfortably accomodated with a full service kitchen including 2 coffee pots, coffee grinder, blender, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, wine glasses, etc. All mattresses have 2" memory foam tops for a peaceful nights sleep after a long day of skiing. Each bedroom has its own bath. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Linens and towels are provided. There is a DVD player in the family room and radio/ CD player as well.
One, two or three bedrooms available in the Windsor House. Best location on the Slopes. The condo has lock out units which are configurable to the number of bedrooms you need. You can choose from a hotel room, or 2 or 3 bedrooms with the kitchen/ living room (please refer to the pictures).
Room Options include:
- One bedroom, one bath: (hotel style) Sleeps two to four. Choice of king-size bed or two full size beds.
- Two bedrooms, two bath: Sleeps up to six. Features vaulted living room, dining room, full kitchen, fireplace. Choice of king bed and two twins or two full-size beds and two twin beds.
- Three bedrooms, three bath: Sleeps 8-10. Features vaulted living room, dining room, full kitchen, fireplace. One king-size bed, two full-size beds, two twin beds and sleeper couch.

We require a $200 deposit to secure the reservation. This converts to a security/ damage deposit and is returned post departure. Credit cards require a 3% processing fee. All rentals subject to 9% Vermont state tax.
There is a daily fee for use of fitness center facilities which includes the indoor pool.

Why the Owner Chose Brownsville
Ascutney Mountain Resort is a local favorite for skiing. The elevation is great and there are a variety of trails for all ski levels. It is great for families. You don't have the lift lines or the crowds that you experience at Okemo and Killington. Yet if you choose to ski there you can get there easily enough.
During the warmer weather the area has a lot to offer. Of course proximity to Green Mountain Horse Assocation is important to us. But there are many outdoor actitities, museums, and fun places to go. You can't beat fall foliage! Basically it has something to offer every season!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
No matter when we come we have a great time! Others in our building say the same. You are able to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and be as active as you choose. It is nice that you can just stay at the resort and enjoy the amenities or choose to venture out. Our favorite place to have dinner is Skunk Hollow Tavern. Which reminds me... there is usually live music at the resort. This is an added plus after a long day!

Eric and I got engaged at the Kedron Valley Inn just a few miles from Ascutney. Little did we know at the time that our paths would lead us to this area again. We happened upon Ascutney Mountain Resort quite by accident. But after a ski weekend with our young girls, then 2 and 4 we knew we had to make this part of our family memories. And it's not just about the skiing. Eric is a farrier (horse shoer) and I have ridden horses all of my life. Green Mountain Horse Association is just down the road. With the opportunity to participate in events and the fall rides at GMHA it was a perfect match for us! We love all that Vermont has to offer in all 4 seasons and we are happy to share that with you!
