Master bedroom, king size bed and sitting area with view of golf course

Beautifully recently renovated and every room is either carpeted or ceramic tiles. There are two(2)twin beds that can also be turned into one (1) large bed. All the rooms are very large and spacious.
All the views are beautiful and face the golf course. The deck is very quiet and serene, it also faces the golf course. The counter tops are all replaced as well as the cabinets. There will never be a time when you run out of hot water since the condo has a 55 gallon hot water heater.
The water pressure is also very strong. The washer and dryer are on the floor of the condo, which is shared by other residents on that floor.
The condo is on the highest floor (which is the 4th floor). By being on the top floor it is nice and quiet and there is no one above so there is no noise. The unit is also a corner unit which makes the con do larger than usual.
We Decorated Our Condo to Be Warm, Cozy and Inviting. We Succeeded in Our Attempt. The condo is across the street from the large pool and tennis courts. If you walk outside the back of the building and through the parking lot, it is a very short walk to the marina, which is absolutely breath taking.
The golf course is also across the street. To get to the beach is a 5 minute ride by car, or you can bike over to the beach (about a 10 minute bike ride) or you can take a trolley which picks you up across the street.
There is also a great playground with swings and sand for the little ones. Shopping is also near by. Great outlet stores with many bargains. It is really a great vacation spot for all. Also, the beach is great to ride your bikes on.
Also when renting our condo you are entitled to two (2) free hours of tennis daily. You also are entitled to complete access to the pool area.
