It features an outdoor 12' by 25' tropical oasis swimming pool and a covered patio with plenty of outdoor furniture. You are located just minutes to the lake, the beach, downtown restaurants, shopping and nightlife. We are the perfect location for family vacations, reunions and group travel.
North Lake Oasis is located on a Royal Palm tree-lined street in the Hollywood Twin Lakes "Northlake" area. We are 9 blocks north of Hollywood Boulevard, 15 blocks from the beach and 15 blocks from Downtown Hollywood. Our prime location offers the best of Hollywood all within a walking distance of 15 to 20 minutes:
Hollywood Beach Boardwalk - Over two miles of car-free enjoyment. Bicyclists, runners, walkers and roller bladers set their own pace on this path which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood's famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. Hollywood Beach is a Wi-Fi Hotspot.
Historic Downtown - Characterized by quaint sidewalk cafés, brick lined walks and six blocks of unique boutiques, shops, art galleries and dozens of excellent restaurants along Hollywood Boulevard and Harrison Street, the pedestrian-friendly environment is the perfect place to enjoy South Florida.
Arts Park at Young Circle - is a revolutionary park that features 10 acres of lush green space, broad paved promenades for strolling or jogging, a children's play area with an interactive fountain, and a spectacular feature fountain.
Downtown Nightlife - if it's nightlife you crave, nobody does it better. Get a taste of South Florida's international music and culture that include live jazz, blues, rock, Latin and R&B.
In the home you can relax under the covered balcony while taking dips into the pool and perhaps do a barbecue. Totally redone and well appointed, the home is very accommodating and offers a safe sanctuary with a tropic oasis feeling.
The kitchen is equipped with service for eight as well as all the pots, pans, cookware necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature an electric stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.
The dining room has two large windows over looking the rear yard and tropical pool and provides a lovely view while dining. The dining room has direct access to the patio area to complete the room.
The living room has tiled floors, beautiful leather couch and chairs with ottoman, a large window to allow plenty of light and a flat screen LCD TV. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and dining room.
The master bedroom suite features a queen-size bed with a lighted ceiling fan, two night stands, a closet and a private bath with a shower.
The second bedroom is large with two sets of windows and features a queen-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser and a lighted ceiling fan.
Bathroom two features a combination tub/shower with glass shower doors and a window to provide natural light.
The third bedroom is large with beautiful wood flooring. It features a daybed with a trundle underneath (two twin beds). There is also a large window to allow in natural light, a chest of drawers, a night stand, a TV and a lighted ceiling fan.
Outside you will find the spacious covered patio area offers plenty of space to relax and/or entertain. The patio furniture features a two tables with eight chairs. Imagine unwinding here and discussing the days events while enjoying a tropical drink.
The utility room contains a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.
South Beach is located just a short 25 minute drive away!
