Beautiful 3 year old, 3000 sqft custom luxury home for rent in downtown Huntington Beach. Known as SurfCity USA, it’s only a 5 minute walk to Main Street with its many great restaurants and bars/nightlife, 10 minute walk to the pier/beach, and 10 minute jog to Dog Beach. A great location for southern California’s many activities with a 15 minute drive to Orange County airport and 45 minutes to LAX. Famous for its great weather, you will enjoy 263 sunshine days and only 35 wet days annually. Disneyland is a 20 minute drive, along with the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Tijuana, Six Flags, and Universal Studios about 1.5 hours away. You can take a ferry or helicopter to Catalina Island, or tour Balboa Island in Newport Beach to view all the multi-million dollar homes and yachts.
This house is a one-off completely custom design like nothing else you will find in Huntington Beach. It is wide and spacious with a beautiful front yard, unlike the more common “bowling lane” style homes lacking a functional design with no grassy yard. 1st floor – The front yard has a large patio including a stainless steel grill. The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, 36” refrigerator, gas/electric range, wine fridge, dishwasher and cutting board island. All pots and pans included with cooking utensils. The living room area has a Berkline theater style couch with 65" HDTV with Cable TV DVR and 6 speaker surround sound system integrated with a PC for playing a DVD using a wireless keyboard. For the dog lovers, there is a hidden doggie door on the side of the house allowing access to the front yard. The alley runs along the side of the home and gives access to the two car garage available for parking a full sized car and motorcycle.
2nd floor – The luxurious master bedroom has a cal king bed and twin size day bed with 27” television and walk-in closet. The bathroom is floor to ceiling travertine tile with his and hers shower and sinks. The big guest bedroom with large closet has a full bath with a double bed and a separate bunk bed. The bunk has a double bed on the lower & twin bed on the upper. This room sleeps a total of 5. In addition, there is a 600 sqft studio/loft style apartment including a cal king bed, queen size sofa bed and matching chaise, facing a 54” plasma HDTV with Cable TV DVR and Blue-Ray DVD player. Also included is a kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, and full size refrigerator. This unit is perfect to function as a secondary area for additional privacy with an entry door towards the back of the home.
A washer and dryer are provided in the hallway closet.
3rd floor - Large 400 sqft space with cal king bed for 3rd bedroom and bathroom with a shower. A desk is available with 22” monitor facing a wall mounted 50" plasma HDTV with DVR. The sliding glass doors lead to a 100 sqft outdoor patio with 6 person hot tub and beautiful view of the area.
Also included is VerizonFiOS for TV and internet access. Over 100 HDTV channelswith 40 HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and Starz with all digital tiers and secured wireless 20Mbps ultra high-speed internet access.
