This Gulf Front, 2-level home has been newly remodeled, inside and out, with new siding, new furnishings (Jan 2011), fully tiled ceramic flooring and interior paint. It has a panoramic view of the Gulf and Beach. Experience the beautiful Gulf sunrise from your private deck off the second floor master bedroom. Large main level deck overlooking the white sand beach has lounger and table/chairs, with a wide staircase leading down to the Beach.
Parking is available for two to four cars (covered for two) directly under the house. BBQ area in carport w/charcoal grill on-site. Non-Smoking Home. SNOWBIRDS WELCOME.

We vacation in gulf shores every year. 2012 we stayed at Toto and decided by the second night the beds were going to make this a long week at the beach! They were not comfortable at all! My in=laws stayed in the downstairs bedroom and even with a mattress topper the bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I were upstairs in the master and after the first night he ended up on the couch our bed was so hard. The master did have a egg shell topper but it was no help. We really wanted to book this duplex again this year (2013) but without new beds its a no go. We did let the rental company know and they said they hadn't had any other complaints. This duplex is close to the main strip (The hangout, souvenir shops etc...) so running in to town to grab something was quick and easy. They provide towels which was nice to not have to use beach towels for showers etc! There are some nails on the deck and stairs that we wished we had a hammer for, some wood that gave the kids splinters, the chairs on the porch were very flimsy but these are all things that come with rental properties (In my opinion). The inside of the property was clean and comfy (besides the beds) and I would make this our return rental every year if there were new beds!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Thanks for your note. As the owner, we appreciate all feedback. We regret the bedding was the only issue for return. We do listen, as this unit has hundreds of guests per season, but we have no common issue on the bedding, as everyone has a differing feel for beds. The king bed w/premium topper is less than 3 yrs old, the twins only 2 yrs, and the sleeper sofa is new. The unit does have all new carpeting in 2013, so hope to see you again!
