Cancel 60 days PRIOR = 25% of Rental Fee + deposit.
Cancel 30 days PRIOR = 50% of Rental Fee + deposit.
If we rent out the same dates cancelled, fee will be returned in full.
NO refunds for NO shows, same day cancel and early departures.
Cancel notice must be in writing (E-Mail).
Confirmed dates and Total Cost Amount is Final at reservation.
