  We just returned back from a great 3-day weekend in Keystone. We absolutely loved the condo and were very impressed with all of the amenities, how clean it was, the layout, the view... I could go on and on! We really enjoyed how this condo was on the end so we had views from several different areas. We even could see the Saturday night fireworks from the front yard - just had to look to the left and we had a perfect view. We took advantage of the hot tub and the grill (in a common area just about 50 yards away from the front door). Just around the back is Keystone Lake with a great walking path around it with shops / restaurants / etc. There is a shuttle that comes by every 30 minutes or so to take you to the lifts / gondola or other areas of the village. We loved the 'foyer' area where you cold take off your boots, store your skis, hang up all your coats and gear, etc.. without tracking snow into the condo. Great idea. The condo is stocked full of so much stuff. Everything you need to make awesome dinners. 2 big king bedrooms, a great living room, 2 1/2 baths. There could be no better value in Keystone and we are already talking about doing the same thing next year! Thanks Rob also, for answering all my questions - great owner who gets back to you right away. Thanks for letting our family enjoy your condo!

  We loved every minute of our time at your unit in the Seasons. It is in a great location at Keystone. Furnishings are all in good shape and not dated like units we have rented in the past. We may be contacting you again in the future if we decide to return to the area.

  The Condo was amazing!!! This was my first time skiing in Colorado and the location, accommodations, and scenery was just how I pictured it, if not better. We were two couples and the way the condo is laid out works perfectly. The area when you walk into the condo where all the wet ski clothes and equipment go was great so we didn’t track water into the condo. The beds were Kings and so comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and you felt like you were in a home only it was so clean and sterile you felt like you were in a hotel. Once we landed in Denver, we went straight to the grocery store and loaded up our SUV with food and liquid for the week since we knew there was a full kitchen. You never know what will be included in the kitchen but they had everything you need, all the way down to Coffee filters for making our coffee every morning. The location was out of the way of the craziness but a 2 minute drive to the base of the mountain. Rob and Vicki go above and beyond for their tenants, and I am very hesitant on staying anywhere else when I go back to Colorado as I do not want to risk downgrading from the most amazing experience I had on this trip.

  I have been vacationing at Keystone since 1980. That adds up to a lot of stays at different condos and rental homes. This condo is among the best. It is maintained as if it were brand new. It is furnished and decorated impeccably. The view off the back deck is awesome, being just above the Snake River. I definitely recommend renting this condo as a 2 br rather than a 1 br. The additional cost is small but the second bedroom and bathroom add a lot of additional space.

  This will be our fourth summer to return to this same property and with good reason. It is the best. The layout is perfect for 4 people and totally do-able for 6 if needed. The corner unit makes this quite desireable and spacious. Air flows through during the summer days and nights, keeping it very comfortable. We always hate to leave and wished we could stay, listening to the Snake River to put us to sleep. Vicky and Rob have decorated the place beautifully and in our four years it has always been maintained in top condition. We do a lot of cooking and it is nicely furnished for that, always having some condiments and sesonings on hand! We were here during the Olympics and enjoyed watching the nice TVs at night to catch up on the events of the day. This summer it was particularly warm during our stay, but we noticed that having the end unit on the ground floor offered a cooler space than other units in the complex. We have never had any problem with noise overhead. If there was any "complaint" at all, it was that the complex had the common hot tub torn up while we were there, as it was being reworked. A small oops, but things happen, and with so much to do, we hardly noticed. We hope to be able to return again for many more years, perhaps until we can retire and move here!!! Thanks again for the great place to make memories!

  A getaway, a long vacation, or a retreat, this property has it all. Located very well near the Keystone Resort, Dillon, Silverthorne outlets, and Breckenridge, there is much to do. We enjoyed the warmth of the condo with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room and separate guest quarters. It was clean and well-maintained. It is very easy to communicate with the owner who only has the renter's comfort in mind. We had such a good time that we are returning next year.

  We had a wonderful time at your condo. The weather was warm and beautiful, but we were still able to ski! We had the best of both worlds! The house was convenient to everything we wanted to do and was very welcoming and accommodating. This was our 7 year olds first time to ski and the slope by the condo was the perfect place for him to learn. By the end of the first day he was going down blues!Thank you again for allowing us to come and stay in your "little piece of heaven."

  My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property. We have a young family with kids ages 4 and 6. The condo is nestled amoung a stand of pines on the edge of the lake and is a perfect retreat. The unit is set up perfectly to accomodate everything from a couple to a large family. The unit is also conveniently located right on the bus route which makes getting around the Keystone Resort very easy (and with young kids, this is a must). The condo was clean and well maintained which made our stay comfortable. The entry to the unit is on ground level which makes moving in and out very easy with no stairs to navigate. The management company staff are friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to have a relaxing, comfortable stay in the Keystone area during any season of the year. Thank you to the owners and the management company for making our family vacation a truly wonderful experience.

  This condo was exceptional. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice, the views were amazing. We were a family of six and there was plenty of room. The condo is centrally located to restaurants, shops, and most importantly the ski lift. It took less than 5 minutes to get to the ski lift in our car, and there was also a bus that picks up in front of the condo every 20 minutes. The owners and the management company were so helpful and informative. This was our first ski trip and we had a blast. We definitely look forward to staying here again.
