Our home offers a beautiful lake front setting with a warm hug from Mother Nature. The property sits at the end of a private drive giving you an unusually quiet sense of separation from neighbors.
During the winter season, you'll love the fact that we're close enough to Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands to see them lit up at night from in front of our natural fireplace. The summer time is even more of a perfect fit if you like to be on the water and/or enjoy golfing. We're located on Round Lake, access to the chain of lakes is very close by, as are numerous public golf courses.
When you choose to unwind from all of the fun outdoor activities you won't mind staying in for the evening. We provide free Wi-fi and premium movie channels, a great kitchen to work and entertain in and a 24-hour gourmet supermarket is located just 2 miles away.
Our home has 4 sleeping rooms and includes a Master Bedroom with private bathroom on the first floor with a half bath directly across the hall.
The second floor includes a second, smaller master bedroom with its own private bathroom.
In addition there is a large 3rd bedroom with twin beds and an adjoining bunk room, with a bed that is twin-sized on top and full-sized on the bottom. These 2 sleeping rooms share an additional bathroom on the second level.
The living room includes a natural fireplace with plenty of wood for your use. The kitchen is open to the living room, is well-equipped, and includes a long bar counter that seats 6 comfortably (max 8) and is perfect for entertaining and serving meals.
A small attached garage is large enough to store your ski gear and a few snowmobiles. Last year's full season renters used our home for both skiing and snowmobiling. Trails are nearby. Why not enjoy the same luxury yourself?
We're ready to negotiate a full season rate if you're lucky enough to be looking for a home for that length of time. If not, we're available for shorter rentals until someone books for season.
