Brand new, gated condominium with premium access to the Gulf of Mexico which is less than one mile from your boat dock! Just hop on your boat, or canoe or even your kayak and float around the bayou, harbor or out to nearby Deer Island for a relaxing, fun day in the sun.
If that doesn't wet your appetite then you can relax even more since it's surrounded by world class fishing, golfing, and/or just lay around by the pool or head out to a secluded ocean white-sandy beach that is less than one mile from home. For night life there is plenty to do.
Just head into town which is less than 10 minutes from home (condo) or if you don't want to drive just hop on your boat which is less than 30 minutes from home (condo) to the famous, remodeled casino's in Biloxi, "the Vegas of the South" and go have fun at either Beau Rivage, Hard Rock Cafe, Isle of Capri, Harrah's or Treasure Bay. A night to remember!
Just remember, Ocean Springs is one of the top 10 spots to retire. Visitors come for bird-watching, fishing, uncrowded family white beaches, the internationally renowned Walter Anderson Museum of Art, Shearwater Pottery and the local favorite restaurants such as Aunt Jenny's Catfish and McElroy's on the Bayou, bicycling and walking and don't forget gambling or night life at the casino's.
Ocean Springs is approximately 20 miles from Gulfport/Biloxi airport, One hour to New Orleans and an easy day to Florida. You can also arrange for a fishing charter or a private guide tour to nearby Horn and Ship islands and see beautiful parts of the Gulf Islands National Seashore.
