When we arrived on Sunday, May 5th, we were tired from a long drive up from Key West. Immediately upon entering, the tiredness and stress just went away. We looked around both inside and outside of this immaculate cottage and knew that we were in for a wonderful week. There was absolutely nothing wrong with anything, the interior was clean, up to date and lacked for nothing. Outside, we walked to the beach, literally 50 steps, sunned and swam. When going back to Sunny Daze, there is a outside shower to rinse off the sand and sunscreen. Very tasteful and classy, with all the amenities, plus just a short walk to Times Square and all that offers. Loved it!!!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Sunny Daze rental April 25-30 and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more! This rental is fantastic, and when you see the price you wonder if there is a catch...and I promise you, there isn't. This location is PERFECT. The beach was beautiful, and we saw dolphins in the mornings and sting rays as well. The ft myers beach times square is only about 5 minutes walking distance. Our neighbors were very friendly as well. The tiki bar was a huge plus, as it gave us an area on the property to socialize outdoors without having to constantly head to the times square area. We will making Sunny Daze our annual trip as long as it is available.

Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

it was så god the house was perfect ,we hope comming back sometimes.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our three 1/2 days were perfect. We enjoyed the house, location and area. Kayaking at sunset was Awesome, had dolphins swimming around us. We are already looking at your booking calendar to see when we can go back. The property was clean and well maintained. The pictures posted are a true representation of what to expect. This is a very nice property to stay at. Owner has responded to any and all questions from beginning to end of stay. The wife did some shopping downtown otherwise we were too busy kayaking the area to recommend any nearby restaurants. Thank you for opening up your house to us.

the house was great...plenty of room for the four of us. Everything we needed was within walking distance or by trolley...very easy! The home was very clean, except for some mildew in the shower and on the tub stopper. Neighbors played very loud music between 9-10 at night...annoying.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at Sunny Daze for the second time in June, 2011. We LOVE it. The house has everything a family could need. Our children (toddlers) had a blast - slept perfectly! We will definately be returning - SOON! The surround sound system was great for having a cocktail in the tiki bar under the house or laying out in the sun chairs on the deck. Thanks Dave!

wonderful place,steps from beach,were there a week in may and had a great time,cant wait to go back again,seen dolphins the first day we were there,found sand dollars,and star fish,,kids had a blast,,,thanks again dave

Just had 2 weeks at the villa with my husband and 4 year old twins. Had a great time, the villa is so clean, spacious and well furnished. The location cannot be beaten, slightly away from Time Square, not too far to walk to the restaurants and bars, yet sitting on your balcony its so tranquil. The villa is well equipped and we didn't want for anything. We made good use of the BBQ and downstairs area. Ideal for families or just grown ups. Can't wait to return!! Excellent !!

This place is wonderful. Can not say enough about how clean it was, how at home we felt and how nice the owner is. Were there for Christmas and they had lights on a palm tree and all over the tiki bar area down stairs with a snowman and all. Loved the speakers downstairs and out on deck. Had 5 adults and were never on top of one another. Would recommend this place to everyone, for it has all one needs. Loved the sun room. Plus, so close to Time Square and on quiet end of island. Convienent to everything. Will go again if opportunity comes up. You must stay here!!!!!!!!!!

We just returned from a very exciting and relaxing vacation at Sunny Daze! The weather was fantastic, the beach beautiful (and great for sand castles!) and the accommodations outstanding! We will spread the word, and will plan on coming back again next year. Thank you again!

What a fantastic beach house! Our family truly enjoyed our vacation at Sunny Daze. From the VERY clean and comfortable beach decor and Tiki Bar, to beach time with strolls to Time Square, we cannot say enough about how great of a place this is! Thank you again...We will be back again and again!
