Catch the free shuttle and visit all of the famous ski areas or the Sundance Films.
After your fabulous day of skiing, return to a jetted tub in the master bath or jump in the private hot tub outside the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed while the second bedroom features two twin beds. A sofa bed is in the living room + a long couch that will sleep one comfortably. Additionally there is an inflatable "Aero" style twin bed for an additional guest. All bedding, blankets & pillows are packed for each additional sleeping area & are in the front entry closet.

The kitchen would impress Julia Child! OK, Martha Stewart too! I have equipped the kitchen for all of your needs. I will send detailed photos of what to expect when you arrive. The kitchen is complete with all sorts of cooking and baking needs considered.

You will find an assortment of fresh condiments and spices to ensure that your cooking needs start on the right track. From the crock pot to the citrus juicer, you will find what you need in my kitchen!
Many have commented that I have a more complete kitchen than THEY DO!



Be sure & visit the No Name Saloon,447 Main Street, where the locals go! I consider this to be the best place to visit in all of Park City! The buffalo burger is hard to beat and the t shirts and tank tops are the best!
The best part about being so close to the No Name Saloon is it is only a 10 minute walk to "HOME"!

VERY IMPORTANT! THE SPEED LIMIT ON DEER VALLEY DRIVE IS 25 MPH! IT IS ENFORCED WITH RADAR AND THEY ARE WELL HIDDEN SO BE CAREFUL! USE YOUR "CRUISE CONTROL" SET FOR 25 MPH-THEY ARE RUTHLESS AND TICKET MANY CARS ON THIS STRETCH OF ROAD.


It is never too early to think about booking for Sundance 2012. 19 JAN-29 JAN 2012. The best place to stay for Sundance!
5 night minimum for the best value rate $400.00 all inclusive rate! Nothing compares to this value! Walk to Main Street, Bus from in front of the complex and have the most comfortable place to hang out in all of Lower Deer Valley!

Park City Theaters are all within easy driving distance (the furthest out being 30 minutes according to Google Maps) while the closest are only a few minutes away. At least a couple (The Egyptian Theatre and the Library Center Theatre are within reasonable walking distance from 1093 Stonebridge Circle.

    • Air Conditioning : I do not have air conditioning. I have visitied during the summer and found the temperture perfect!
    • Linens Provided : Extra comforters are in each bedroom closet. Bedding for the lomng couch and the aero bed are in the front closet.
    • Washer : The laundry room has just been tiled & painted! The laundry room is fully equipped & ready for a great Ski Season & the hiking and biking season this spring and summer! Every thing you need to wash, dry and iron your clothes during your stay! Soap powder, bleach, fabric softener & Oxi Clean are available for your use!
    • Dryer : Please clean the lint filter after each use. Remember to check the dryer before leaving. If you did forget an item, call right away and we can get your forgotten item back to you without delay!
    • Garage : The garage is an Information Area as well as a garage! Local Maps & information about Park City and the surrounding areas are on the walls for your convenience. Snow shovel, brooms, "boot brushes, car window scraper and more! Salt buckets are provided to spread on the icy walkway. Be careful as a fall could put a damper on your stay.
    • Wood Fireplace : There is a gas log lighter for the fire place. Key is on the hook at the mantle. Be sure you have the damper open before lighting fire!

    • Queen Bed : The queen bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Extra comforters are located in each closet. A space heater is in each bedroom for added comfort.
    • Twin/Single Bed : The guest bedroom has twin beds. Flannel sheets are provided for winter nights.
    • Convertible Bed : The sofa bed is made up and ready for use. The long couch is very comfortable. Bedding is in the front entry closet in labeled plastic zip bags.
    • Child Bed : SEE CRIB DETAILS!
    • Crib : By request I have added a crib/playpen for your baby or youngster. It is stored in the master bedroom closet & is complete with sheets & bedding. A "tub duck" provided for bathing safety & rubber ducks for fun!

    • Jetted Tub in Bath : The jetted tub is in the master bathroom. A great place to relax and enjoy bath salts to ease any aches and pains.
    • Private Hot Tub : The private hot tub is located off both bedrooms. It is serviced prior to each arrival. Towel holders are provided for the large hot tub towels. PLEASE NO GLASS IN HOT TUB!
    • Cable/Satellite TV (3) : 40" HD Flat screen LCD is in the living room. There is a 32" Flat Screen and DVD player in each bedroom. Dish Network instructions & DVD instructions are located in the night stand.

I exchanged out of a 4 unit building in a rugged area to a wonderful place to enjoy life and nature at its best. Every visit to Park City makes me appreciate how lucky I was to be able to purchase a place and I want everyone to experience the joy I feel every time I visit my unit! My goal is to have repeat guests and referrals to the best value in Park City! I want your stay to be SPECIAL!

The kitchen is equipped for every type of meal preparation. I worked and cooked in a fire house with 10 hungry firemen. I know howimportant it is to have what you need in a kitchen!

Really pleased with this great rental - very convenient for both Deer Valley and Park City skiing. You can rely on the listing details, the condo was very well-equipped and well-heated. Very good customer service - we had a minor maintenance issue which we reported and was quickly handled to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

We have been coming to Deer Valley for the last five years and this had to be the nicest experience we have had yet. The condo was comfortable and was equipped with everything you could ever want and more. Bill was so helpful and was always available if we had questions or if we needed anything. Our kids said it may not be the fanciest place we have ever stayed, but it was the funnest. See you next year Bill.

If you're reading this, then my only advice to you is to book this unit NOW, before someone else does! I'm a travel agent and been to Deer Valley/Park City about 10 times over the last 20 years and this unit is the best value of any we stayed in. It's a great unit (the pictures don't do it justice) at a great price (check the other VRBO listings and you'll see it's priced below almost every other comparable 2 bedroom unit) in a great location (1/4 mile to Snow Park Lodge @ DV). The bus stop is right out front and Main Street is just a 10 minute walk. The owner (Bill) says he strives to be the best inn keeper in Deer Valley and he is. The unit has EVERYTHING you will need, and then some, including many items we would normally purchase (spices, plastic bags, snacks, shampoo, etc.). He even has stocked the unit with first aid kits, books, games and movies. Plus, the gift basket with a whole bunch of stuff (including 2 bottles of wine) was a very unexpected extra. Finally, it's got a private hot tub which looks brand new and is super clean - we used it every night.

Fabulous Summer Vacation....Perfect for Dogs

The condo was great!!!! It is in a great location and very quiet!!!!!We have a small dog and she felt right at home. It is not only walking distance to downtown, but to fabulous walks around the duck ponds and the ski lifts. We loved our two weeks there so much that we extended our stay for one more night. Bill is very accomodating, and has everything you will ever need for the most relaxing vacation!!!! We will be making this an annual vacation spot...

Thank you for making our stay memorable! What a great location and the information you provide is so helpful. Before we arrived, you had sent photos and helpful information on how you equipped and where the items could be found. Wow, attention to detail and remembering those things that make ones stay perfection! Your "library is great. We really enjoyed the Pearls books. I didn't read the comics page but you have changed that! Pearls is so funny and having all the books was great. If laighter is the best medicine, than Pearls is penicillin! Your place is the best we have ever found in our travels. We will be back and we look forward to more Pearls! Signed RAT! Just kidding! Richard

I've been to Park City several times over the past 10 years and have stayed at VRBO properties at several other vacation destinations in the past. This rental is exactly as Bill describes. Great location on the road between town and Deer Valley's main lodge. Bill could not be more responsive and accommodating. Quiet street and a comfortable condo. It was nice to pull right into the garage a few feet from the door when the day was done. Will return here again if/when my travels bring me to Park City.

Billl, thankyou,thankyou, thankyou! My sister and brothers were all very pleased with what was offered in the condo on our recent ski trip. We shared different nites cooking and in the kitchen duties - and no one lacked any tool or pot for anything they cooked. I bar-b-qued on your Weber grill on the deck (and my steaks were excellent!). We danced to the music in the fireplace room, and had late nite catch-ups lounging in the hot tub. It was great to be close to ski areas, have private parking, and be able to bus to town. We'll be back! In fact, I think we reserved with you already!
