Really pleased with this great rental - very convenient for both Deer Valley and Park City skiing. You can rely on the listing details, the condo was very well-equipped and well-heated. Very good customer service - we had a minor maintenance issue which we reported and was quickly handled to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.Did you find this review helpful? We stayed at this unit during ski week and it was fantastic. Not only is the price fair and reasonable for that time of the year but the unit was completely stocked with everything you could ever need. It is truly a home away from home. The owner, Bill, is such a pleasure to deal with and if there is anything you need, he will make sure you have it. I had read all of the reviews prior to booking and it was a no brainer for us to rent this unit. I ended up getting sick and all I had to do was open up a drawer to find the medicine that I needed. He has thought of everything.....really. It was a perfect place for my husband, son and I to stay for our trip. We wil definitely be back. Thanks for opening your home to us Bill.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We (dad, mom, 2 kids aged 17 and 11) just returned from 8 fabulous days skiing in the Park City area. This townhouse unit of Bill's was incredible. Very spacious and clean. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were very comfortable and each had their own full bathroom. Our daughter slept on the pullout upstairs and was very comfortable as well. We especially enjoyed Bill's collection of DVD's- introduced my daughter to some old 80's classics like Airplane and Uncle Buck. ( well, maybe not a classic for everybody). Having a washer /dryer room right outside the bedrooms was very convenient as well. The hot tub was so relaxing. We used it just about every day after skiing. Having a private hot tub was a luxury for sure. The biggest surprise for us was probably the kitchen. Like all the previous reviews state, it really was fully equipped with all the pots, pans, place settings, cutlery etc...you could think of or need. We ended up cooking in a few of the nights we were there because it was so easy to do so- and we NEVER do that on vacation- we always usually eat out. We did rent a car, but you really are so close to everything and the transit is free and close by, that you don't really need a car. But, we were glad to have one and it fit perfectly in the one car garage . We skied 6 days- at all three Wasatch resorts (DV, PCMR, and Canyons)- loved them all! Hopefully we'll have a bit more snow next year. Lastly, I just want to say that we are usually "hotel" people and this is the first time we have ever rented a private home, , and I must say this is really the way to go- everything worked so well with Bill. He communicated everything to us both in phone conversations and emails before we arrived as well as in all the thorough info he leaves to your avail in the condo itself. He really wants you to enjoy your stay there- and we sure did- probably the best family ski trip we've ever had!!! Thanks again Bill! We hope to be back again next winterRecommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and I and three adult children recently stayed at VRBO 218848. It was our first time visiting the Park City area and we were very pleased with our choice. The condo, in a quiet area, is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent - there is a very short walk to the bus stop and then the free town buses take you everywhere - we skied all three mountains without ever moving our car. We easily walked to the historic Main Street and Snow Park Lodge of Deer Valley is within walking distance also (though perhaps not while wearing ski boots!) The owner, Bill, is very responsive and friendly and goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed. He is most willing to go the extra mile if you have any special requests. The hot tub was a great bonus and reportedly the pull-out couch is very comfortable! If you've always wanted to ski the Park City area, but are having trouble picking from the multiple units available - search no more and rent from Bill! We had a great week and wouldn't hesitate to return to this unit. Thank you, Bill!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Condo was very well equipped. Location was superb. Unfortunately got to Park City 2 days late due to blizzard in Northeast. Only issue we had was trying to regulate heat in the bedroom downstairs. Space heaters were helpful but sometimes bedrooms were too hot. After a few days, we finally got it right. Air in condo is dry. We brought our travel humidifier which helped but was probably too small for the space. Would stay again. Thanks Bill.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My family spent a week at Bills condo in Deer Valley. My son flew in from college and we drove in from California. It was a week before Christmas and we were so excited to be together in the mountains and enjoy skiing together as a family. It turned out to be more special then we imagined, because the unit was clean and well maintained and certainly the best value in Deer Valley! We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities Bill has provided in the condo. We even baked Christmas cookies and didn't need to buy extra baking sheets for the baking! We had the most special time and our only regret was that we didn't stay for Christmas! We will be reserving the condo for next Christmas for sure.Thank you for being such a wonderful property owner and not misrepresenting your condo!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My girlfriends and I spent a week at 1093 Stonebridge and we had the time of our life. As 22 year old females we found the perfect place to stay. Bill has everything you can think of in his place to make life easy for our life styles from hair dryer, Wifi, TVs in every room with a great selection of DVDs. We're not the greatests cooks but Bill has everything in the kitchen you can ever imagine to cook a gourmet meal from our favorite, a corkscrew and bottle opener to pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes, etc.Bill makes life sooo easy for his guests that you don't have to worry about packing a lot of extra stuff from home. Bill's place was like home to me and my friends. Bill just didn't rent his place. He made sure our stay was comfortable by checking in with us to see if we needed anything or if had any questions. His place is immaculate. My girlfriends and I thought we died and were in heaven. Bill's place is soooo close to Main Street that we found ourselves walking to town. The free bus service that Park City provides is wonderful too. There is a bus stop right across the street from Bill's place so you don't really need to use your car. Bill's place is a gem for every age group and he provides Wonderful service of care to make sure his guests enjoy beautiful Park City in comfort without any worries. I totally recommend 1093 StoneBridge and Bill's caring ways. This was an Awesome Experience!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Why the Owner Chose Stonebridge:
