This is a fantastic property! I stayed here with five friends for four nights. We had a great time and couldn't have asked for better accommodations! I did a great deal of research online, including searching several properties in VBRO, and this was by far the best price for what you get. Six of us stayed very comfortably and had everything we needed. The location is great. We rented a car but really didn't need it. There is a shuttle stop about a minute away and it takes you everywhere. We could walk there easily with our boards and get to the Park City Mountain Resort. We also liked walking to Main Street and taking the shuttle back. The owner is very easy to work with and very dedicated to making sure you have a good stay. He sent several pictures and descriptions before we left, so we knew exactly what to expect. He had some games there (we enjoyed the poker chips!) as well as movies and a printer. There is also a private hot tub that was ready to go! The place was clean and comfortably fit six adults. We had a great vacation and I would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back out to Park City (which I hope I do, it's beautiful!).

I stayed here with my family and it was truly a convenient location. It's situated close to town and to skiing. You could walk to either, but we chose to take the free town shuttle to both skiing and to town for dinner. The shuttle runs like clockwork every 5 or 10 minutes and was very easy. The owner was very organized and a pleasure to deal with. The condo is neat and clean, and we would definitely stay again!

We spent a week in this rental and really enjoyed our stay. The location is central for walking to town, or catching the bus to any of the nearby ski resorts. The unit is very quiet with no street noise or immediate view, making our soaks in the hot tub very private. What stood out about this property is the great care that the owner has made in making your stay enjoyable, while still making it affordable. The kitchen and all bathrooms are VERY well-quipped, and my 2-year old son even found some toys in the closet! We greatly enjoyed cooking in and lounging by the fireplace. We did suggest a couple of small improvements to the owner and he was very receptive. I will certainly rent this place again!!!

Very nice condo with tons of extra. Fully equipped kitchen. DVD player with lots of movies. BBQ. The hot tub is great. We rode at Snowbird, Snowbasin, and Park City. Great location to get to all of these epic resorts. Its a short drive (walkable really) to No Name Saloon. No Name Saloon has cute girls, good drinks, shuffle board, and sports on the tube.

Perfect location. Close to Deer Valley and Park City skiing. Close, but not too close to Main Street. Bill was great to deal with. He was very prompt and helpful. The kitchen is awesome, all the utensils and applicances you could ever need. Cozy, clean, tidy and relaxing. I would stay here again

If you're reading this, then my only advice to you is to book this unit NOW, before someone else does! I'm a travel agent and been to Deer Valley/Park City about 10 times over the last 20 years and this unit is the best value of any we stayed in. It's a great unit (the pictures don't do it justice) at a great price (check the other VRBO listings and you'll see it's priced below almost every other comparable 2 bedroom unit) in a great location (1/4 mile to Snow Park Lodge @ DV). The bus stop is right out front and Main Street is just a 10 minute walk. The owner (Bill) says he strives to be the best inn keeper in Deer Valley and he is. The unit has EVERYTHING you will need, and then some, including many items we would normally purchase (spices, plastic bags, snacks, shampoo, etc.). He even has stocked the unit with first aid kits, books, games and movies. Plus, the gift basket with a whole bunch of stuff (including 2 bottles of wine) was a very unexpected extra. Finally, it's got a private hot tub which looks brand new and is super clean - we used it every night.

The condo was great!!!! It is in a great location and very quiet!!!!!We have a small dog and she felt right at home. It is not only walking distance to downtown, but to fabulous walks around the duck ponds and the ski lifts. We loved our two weeks there so much that we extended our stay for one more night. Bill is very accomodating, and has everything you will ever need for the most relaxing vacation!!!! We will be making this an annual vacation spot...

Bill's place is better than the pictures and reviews can ever show. It is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we (a couple with 2 teenagers) could have wanted! Close and convenient to Historic Park City as well as the slopes, it was a great "base of operations" for us. After a full day of skiing, we could enjoy the hot tub, relax in front of the big screen TV, have some snacks and plan our evening (with all the information Bill provided). The layout of the condo was perfect for us, with bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs, some could rest and relax while others kept the party going. Bill is the perfect host, very attentive and easy to deal with. He answered all our questions, and checked in on us (on the phone) after we arrived - - even though we never saw him he was a great tour guide! We recommend Park City for your next trip, and by all means stay at 1093 Stonebridge!

I've been to Park City several times over the past 10 years and have stayed at VRBO properties at several other vacation destinations in the past. This rental is exactly as Bill describes. Great location on the road between town and Deer Valley's main lodge. Bill could not be more responsive and accommodating. Quiet street and a comfortable condo. It was nice to pull right into the garage a few feet from the door when the day was done. Will return here again if/when my travels bring me to Park City.

Billl, thankyou,thankyou, thankyou! My sister and brothers were all very pleased with what was offered in the condo on our recent ski trip. We shared different nites cooking and in the kitchen duties - and no one lacked any tool or pot for anything they cooked. I bar-b-qued on your Weber grill on the deck (and my steaks were excellent!). We danced to the music in the fireplace room, and had late nite catch-ups lounging in the hot tub. It was great to be close to ski areas, have private parking, and be able to bus to town. We'll be back! In fact, I think we reserved with you already!

Love Park City for the scene, action and nightlife! Although we mostly skied at cottonwood canyons it was easy to drive to/from, no real traffic, and this option was not a lot more expensive than hotel rooms in SLC. We cooked in every night and the well-supplied and easy-to-use kitchen was great; just stopped at Costco on the way up and saved a bunch of $$ this way. Had 6 skiers and worked out well for us. nice place!

As much as we'd like to keep this VBRO a secret, we have to tell you: This quiet, secure property earns the best marks in the market! Location, amenities, owner 's helpfulness are first rate. We seven stayed four nights and wished we'd had longer. We plan on returning next season. Clean,bright, generously-stocked house makes travelers feel at home - this owner has carefully attended to all the right details, and of course sets out a book of all the manuals to assist with any questions about appliances. You'll find clothes washing liquid and a dryer for those damp snow boarding shorts, a sled, first aid kit, magnifying mirror, and of course a great coffeemaker that turns on before you get out of the comfortable beds (two twins plus a queen.) We lit fires in the gas fireplace, enjoyed dancing to a cable music station, slept seven adults comfortably using convertible beds. Refreshed, we hit a different ski area each day, then hot-tubbed on the deck off the bedroom, (my brother rolled in the fresh snow afterwards) and barbecued on the deck off the kitchen (created big meals every evening), with plenty of nightlife just five minutes away... We highly recommend this property to our friends and family because it is so convenient and charming; and with the free Park City shuttle, transportation is too easy to both the slopes and downtown.

We truly enjoyed a three night stay here for a ski vacation. Even better than the photos. Found it spacious, clean and comfortable and with all amenities to make it like home, including wireless internet, a great selection of DVDs and books, maps, restaurant menus, activity info., endless cookware items, etc. Conveniently located half-way bet/ Deer Valley Snow Park lodge & Park City traffic circle. Liked the open layout of kitchen, dining, living area, with bedrooms downstairs, and large entry hall/closet. Owner Bill's attentiveness to ensure a smooth, good time was appreciated. Wished we could have stayed longer. Truly hope to return again for future trips to Park City.

My friends and I stayed in Bill's townhome for the Sundance Film Festival and loved it. It was a great, cozy place with all the amenities we needed and close proximity to public transportation and Main St. It's also a fairly easy walk to Main St., 10 minutes most. Bill was also a great host -- making sure we had everything we needed and charging a very fair price. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a roomy place just outside of the main drag. We look forward to coming again next year!

We enjoyed a very comfortable long weekend at this condo close to Deer Valley. This well equiped condo was great for our ski vacation and our kids loved playing in the snow in the yard. The owner was very accomodating and gave us great information for enjoying the area. We took the shuttle that stops right in front of the complex to Deer Valley and also to Park City Mountain Resort and to Main Street. We had a delicious, casual dinner at Flannigin's on Main Street and had another enjoyable dinner delivered one night from the No Name Saloon. Richard returned for a second stay at my place. He really liked the information provided about what to do during the fall season in Park City. The color and hiking and biking were spectacular! The best part of the stay was not having to look for things as he received the e-mail with photos of how the place is set up and where things are located! I really appreciated the positive feed back and I did get a couple of ideas to make the place even more "user friendly"! The drive to Provo & the return stop at Sundance were special! Colors were beautiful and you don't have to go to New England to enjoy spectacular vistas! If you want to spend a special Halloween, come to Park City! It is fun and it sems the entire town gets in the SPIRIT!!!! (Yes, pun intended!) Thank you, Richard for telling me what you enjoyed. The feed back on the restaurants and the coupons was appreciated! I will make sure the coupn book is available for all future guests! Yes he did visit the No Name Saloon again and they did remember him! Listen up 20 year old college students!!!!!!!! Bill's place is the place to have a great time in Park City. We are talkin about a clean place to stay with everything you need to make life easy. My Mother couldn't have done a better job than Bill. His place is right on the main bus line to town, lifts, and shopping. What more can a girl ask for besides the bus drivers being friendly and recommending where people my age hang. White water rafting,Bobsledding, and riding the free transit was a cooool experience for me and my BFF. We like flew into SLC and shuttled to PC on a Friday did our thing with fun and flew home on Sunday. Bill's place is like a palace to my friends and me. The Wifi, satellite, and cool videos kept us alive in the after hours. If you want to impress your folks when you get home or stay one up on college life, Bill's place has a washer/dryer to keep your clothes lookin and smellin goooood. Ski season is comin fast soooo book early. I know I'll be there!!!

Magnificent Place

Wow is the defining word for this absolute secret hideaway!! This was my second trip to Park City, Utah and the 2nd time I stayed at Bill's condo. The only difference this time was that my wife and I brought our 20 year old daughter and her girlfriend for their first experience to the area and most importantly to Bill's condo. Words cannot describe the "woow-ness" effect Bill's condo had on them. The transportation convenience and safety for the young girls was appreciated during their stay at the condo and Park City. The girls enjoyed white water rafting, bobsled riding at the Olympic Park, shopping, and riding the free bus service just for the fun of it during their weekend get-a-way from college life. The locals were friendly as usual and the girls found reasonably priced places that served their kind of food while Mom and Dad enjoyed the quality of food to their liking in Park City. Bill's condo is equipped with all the cooking utensils and some very nice food supplies as well as other convenient food and sundries one might need. In the cool evening Bill's spa is a great way to relax before calling it a day. This is a wonderful weekend or longer get-a-way that I highly recommend to couples and families that are looking for a very reaonably priced rental with many amenities!!!!

Wonderful Peaceful Getaway--

We found this little gem and it exceeded all our expectations. BIll so was so helpful and fun to work with. He has paid great attention to all the little details that make Stonebridge feel just like home. We were excited to take our little golden retriever Sadie with us and it was a great experience, although she was terrified of the mother moose and her two little calves that stood right outside the bedroom by the hot tub. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was perfect. We had everything we needed, plus basic groceries were right there in the cabinet. We enjoyed biking and strolling in to town. The location is so peaceful yet there are also many activites within walking distance or just a short ride away. One of the best places we've stayed!!!

A Place To Restore Our Humanity -- A Rocky Mountain Jewel

We travel to various destinations round the world seeking the best vacation spot, but often missing jewels in our on USA's backyard. 1093 Stonebridge Circle, Park City, UT, nestled in the Rockies, is that missed jewel becasue it is a 4-season Condo w/surrounding environmental recreational amenities, accommodating everyone's wants through out the seasons The real gem; however, is the owner, Bill Prather, who is the kind of guy that integrity & respect are foremost in his philosophy. Renting his Condo was eveyrthing that he stated and more. We found the destination that restored the heart, soul, mind & an uplifting experience that replenished the essence of human nature, which radiated from the peaceful relaxing Condo, to the congenial citizens of PC. Quality service is top on Bill's agenda along w/PC's services. The guest book comments are dead on the truth along w/the complete listing & pictures from the owner. This spacious Condo had maps on the wall, which helped us get around the city, along w/many other quality pictures, that set a very relaxing mood. Each room was furnished like your own home & beds were very comfortable. During our leisurely downtime the Resource Book gave us ideas & activities to do. Bill, that perfectly placed recliner with the mountain view and soft comforter really allows one to relax & recharge! In the morning, the kitchen's view gave rise to the summer sun & on occasions HA Baloons soared along in the gentle breenze above the mountain top. Bill even contacted us during our stay. We took the time efficient & beautifully designed FREE public buses everywhere. Everyone we met was welcoming, friendly & extremely helpful. The summer air was so clean & fresh, along w/the landscapes w/no trash/rubbish, litter, graffiti & we seldom saw fences. This left us w/the feeling of openness & spaciousness in the vast Rocky Mountains. Great food & variety: bison, elk, lamb, quail, fish & etc. PC is an artist paradise w/"eye candy" to fill the heart & soul for months. Every form of art work is so powerful because it is a true balance of its real environment & real creativity. We left PC feeling we should remodel our home w/the creative designs from PC; however, this is for another lifetime. Bill's simple but rare attitude & commodity of integrity, respect & service, (also PC's), will continually gain repeat guest. We'll be back! A Memorable Experience

This was our first visit to Park City, Utah.My wife and I were looking for a stress free environment and user friendly accommodations to spend a week in relaxation. We found such a place at Park City with the fantastic living accommodations at Bill Prather's Condo:1093 Stonebridge Circle. The pictures on Bill's listing capture only a part of our wonderful experience at his condo. The living space is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything from pots and pans, utensils,dishes,and a few light groceries. We enjoyed the selection of books,dvds,and satellite that are available for use. Knowing there was a downstairs washer/dryer in the condo made packing for our trip so much easier in that we didn't overpack clothing for our trip. The condo's surrounding environment is so peacefully quiet from the morning and through the night. Bill's guidance for our trip was truly one of personal service and cost saving. Bill intially listened to the purpose of our trip and then recommended the shuttle service from SLC Intl Airport and Park City's Transit System. What a Godsend this advice was from Bill !! Bill's personal service, honesty, and professionalism is very hard to find now-a-days. Bill's beautiful condo with its' abundance of amenities and his personal professional service made our first trip to Park City a memorable stress-free experience. We will definitely return to Park City and will definitley stay at 1093 Stonebridge Circle. For the mountain bike folks, skiers, water enthusiasts, nature lovers, or lovers in general, Park City, Bill Prather, and his Condo are a hand-in-glove experience throughout the season. I brought my family back to PC for the Independence Day weekend and stayed in this unit for the second year in a row. We had a blast and the place was as great as I remember. In fact, it was even better! The owner has done a few key improvements (some new furniture, BBQ, kitchen stuff, garage improvements, etc.) and it is even a better deal. This place is perfect for families (I have three little girls) and mountain bikers (the trails are close by). You can walk to town OR up to Deer Valley no problem, so the location is perfect. The owner is serious about making sure your stay is perfect, which is nice to see. Rent this place and you will NOT be disappointed!

Many think of Park City only for the winter ski season. Park City is a year round destination and offers many activities for all. Beat Expectations

My wife and I spent several days at this wonderful condo in Park City. There is a jacuzzi on the deck right outside of the master bedroom and we took advantage of it. Although this is summer, the ski lifts are open and we took a couple of them for a ride. The people everywhere are extraordinarily friendly. They wave and say hello just because you are there. There are more restaurants in town than you could possibly eat at. Each one that we did eat at served great food. We used the two for one booklet that is given out at the visitors center in town and wasn't disappointed once. The only negative that I can say is that it all went by too quickly.

This beautifully furnished condo is in one of the best locations you could ask for in Park City. The condo complex sits right on Deer Vally Road, but the unit is back so there is no road noise. It is a very short 1/2 mile walk (or drive) to Old Town where restaurants up the whazoo are located. Bill's favorite "The No Name Saloon" served great tasting Buffalo burgers and plenty of cold beer or whatever your thirst is calling out for. The Deer Valley Ski lifts are up Deer Valley Road in the other direction a very short distance away. Bus stops line Deer Valley Road, which is good for skiers going to the lifts for the day. We came in at the beginning of Summer and was amazed at all there was to do. Jordandelle Reservoir is about 5 miles away and we rented a pontoon boat there. I'll vertainly make a return trip to Bill's little slice of heaven.

This unit is excellent. My husband and I came looking for a relaxing weekened get away and we definitely got it! The condo is in excellent condition and is very clean and up to date. Bill was incredibly easy to work with, especially considering that we brought our two dogs,and he was very quick in answering any and all of our questions. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

"My wife, three children (ages 12, 9 and 6) and I rented the spacious 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condominium located at 1093 Stonebridge Circle. As fantastic as Deer Valley is, the lodging can make or break the experience there. We did not rent a car/SUV because the condo is in a great location. We were 2 minutes away from the base of Deer Valley and 3 minutes away from Main Street Station (Park City / Sundance). The condo is stocked -- it had everything we needed and more. In addition, it is spacious and very cozy. It is clean and well-maintained. But the most important attribute from our standpoint, having rented many times in the past from nightmare landlords, is Bill Prather. He was a pleasure to work with prior to arriving and very organized...he emailed us attachments with detailed instructions for the house as well as information on the shuttle and bus service / schedules, maps, restaurants, local phone numbers, etc. When we were there, he bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. I thought we had an 11:50am return flight but when I arrived at the airport, realized it was an 11:50 pm flight. Bill extended the check-out time to allow us to ski on that day and leave the condo later in the day. He is a true gentleman, which you may not need to tap into, but it's nice to know that if for some reason you do, he is reasonable and will work with you. I strongly recommend this property and if we Ski Utah again, we would rent it again! Bill, thank you for renting us your condo and making it a memorable family vacation. All the Best, Gil."

How fortuanate I and my wife were to have rented 1093 Stonebridge Circle in Park City for our ski vacation the week of Feb 28,2010, and the reasons are many. The upstairs is spacious and well laid out, and has a nice view of the nearby hills. Three sofas plus a recliner chair makes for easy reading and relaxing. The kitchen is conveniently near to those areas and to the dining table. The two bedrooms (downstairs) have their own bathrooms. The excellent outside jacusi is accessable from each bedroom. Each bedroom and the living room has a television with DISH satellite service, and the living has a high speed inter connection. This condo is very quiet and ideally located, about a half mile from the Deer Valley ski resort and less than a half mile from lower end of Park City's Main Street, both of are served by the city's free bus service, which stops every 7 to 10 minitutes in front of the condominium complex (which bus stop is an easy 125 yard semi-circular walk from this condo unit). Because of this excellent siting, we found it easy to go anywhere and avoided the hassle and expense of a car rental. (The All Resort Express transports you from the airport to your condo (and back) for $32 per person each way, and for groceries: tke the bus to the Albertsons/Fresh Foods supermarket, load up, and pay $12 for a taxi ride back to the condo.) The condo owner, Bill Prather, a retired fireman, is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

We had the good fortune of winning a 3-night stay at this lovely condo in Park City at St Patick's Day Church Raffle. I planned a trip around our stay in Park City in July 2009. The condo is extremely comfortable, spacious, beautifully furnished and quiet. We had a spectacular time and enjoyed our little retreat that was also so close to downtown, Olympic Park, you name it. I highly recommend the condo.

We loved the unit. It is very comfortable and is walking distance to DV and downtown. The Hot tub is a nice touch. The owner takes care of any issues quickly and was a great to work with. I would recommend this to anyone.

Billl, thankyou,thankyou, thankyou! My sister and brothers were all very pleased with what was offered in the condo on our recent ski trip. We shared different nites cooking and in the kitchen duties - and no one lacked any tool or pot for anything they cooked. I bar-b-qued on your Weber grill on the deck (and my steaks were excellent!). We danced to the music in the fireplace room, and had late nite catch-ups lounging in the hot tub. It was great to be close to ski areas, have private parking, and be able to bus to town. We'll be back! In fact, I think we reserved with you already!

Owner's hospitality and attention to detail sets this unit apart. We want to return and recommend our friends. Very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped and convenient location for skiers or boarders. Hot tub after skiing - priceless. Close to free shuttle and DV or PC slopes. Leave your skis in free slope side storage (you can fed ex skis to base too).

We will be staying at this property again! Bill and his amazing team were so helpful. The location is 2 minutes from the slopes and so easy to find! The kitchen is stocked with all the accessories a cook would need. The accessibility to Main Street is also a bonus. We love Park City!

Really pleased with this great rental - very convenient for both Deer Valley and Park City skiing. You can rely on the listing details, the condo was very well-equipped and well-heated. You will not find a finer place to stay in Park City. The unit is very well equipped and it is close to the old town. The shuttle is in front of the complex and it takes you all over. Great places to eat are near and you can walk to a lot of places. I will stay here again and the prices are the best too. Thanks for a great stay!

The owner has taken the time to set up his unit to be the best! We really enjoyed the location. Close to Old Town Mqin Street and the tram stops in front of the condo complex! You will not go wrong staying here, the price is great and the location is the best. The jetted tub in the master bedroom was a god send! The outside hot tub is truly a delight! This unit is great! My wife and I stayed here over the Fourth of July holiday with our three young girls and had a ball. We took the shuttle everywhere and you can even walk into town. Very comfortable unit. I especially like the pine log beds! There are even some nice trails right out the back door. The hot tub is a nice touch (great for post-mountain bike rides!) Stay here, you will not be disappointed. I hope to return soon.

I bought a week (offseason) here at a charity auction: great choice. Easy walk (especially once you figure out the shortcuts) to downtown, and a nice moment's rest before getting on the bus to bring you back. We had a great time; ended up watching very old Hitchcock movies instead of going out on the town, cooking our own dinners (with well equipped kitchen, and all the staples/spices already there!), and lounging in the hot tub. We'd planned to bring our sons, but being teenagers they had other ideas: I almost felt guilty enjoying the house with just two of us (i.e., it was great); it wants two couples (+small kids) or six friends to get full use of the house. We're already trying to schedule another visit.
