Enjoy ISLAND living in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, newly furnished 8th floor condo with gorgeous views and located on a pristine wide sandy beach. Entertain friends on the large private balcony and enjoy movies on the new LCD flat screen TV. The kitchen is outfitted with everything a hostess could want and also has a view of the intra-coastal.
The Master bedroom has a dressing area and private bathroom, walk-in closet, cable TV and queen bed. The newly furnished guest bedroom with two twin beds also has a walk-in closet, and cable TV.
Enjoy the large private OCEANSIDE pool with free WI-FI access for your laptop. There is also a beautiful gazebo for shade that leads to the ocean. Use the complementary beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and plentiful towels to stake your get-a-way in the sand. Shelling, snorkeling, long walks, playing in the waves, playing tennis on two private courts on the property, or golfing at 20 courses in the area are waiting for you! There is much flora and fauna, turtles nest on the island, and you can swim with the friendly manatees in the inlet(ask me for directions).
Just minutes away explore the quaint town of STUART or Jensen Beach with their adorable shops, galleries and restaurants ranging from tiki bars to very fine dining patronized by celebrities! Stuart is the SAILFISH capital of the world and deep sea charters are abundant.
NASA is 1 1/2 hours north with launch dates scheduled for Jan. 30 and Feb. 4. Disney is 2 hours north and Palm Beach (great for day trips) is 45 min south.
Our guests return year after year. It is only this year (since '03) that we have an opening during the season! With milder temps than northern and central Florida, you can enjoy this tropical heaven.
