This luxurious and very spacious ocean view studio is at the completely renovated The Crown at Miami Beach, 4041 Collins Ave. This oceanfront property on Collins Avenue features an outdoor pool and whirlpool, direct beach access, 24 hr. security; concierge, valet parking, fitness center, meditation feng shui garden and resident lounge. Morton's Steak House has opened on-site as of November 2009.
This ocean view balcony apartment is fully furnished with all comforts of home, including a luxurious Queen bed in the sleeping area, a living area with sofa bed and club chair, 32” flat panel LCD TV, CD Stereo system, premium cable channels, a dining area, large closets and in-unit washer and dryer. The completely equipped full gourmet kitchen includes dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, granite counter tops and full size stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. All linens provided. Daily housekeeping included.
The sleeping area in this studio features a queen size bed equipped with our custom luxury linens including hypo-allergenic duvet, custom 300 thread count sheets with duvet cover and European shams, a nightstand, clock radio and lamp. In the living area, the full size sofa bed may be used for sleeping as well.
The studio has a brand new full size bathroom with granite counter tops, and a tub/shower. Luxury bath towels and bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, mouth wash, body lotion, facial soap and skin care soap) are also provided.
This property is within walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, houses of worship and shopping. South Beach and Lincoln Road are within walking distance or 5 minutes away by car.

Why the Owner Chose The Crown
This area of Miami Beach is closest to all the attractions, but quiet enough to relax. South Beach, Lincoln Road, Aventura, Bal Harbor, Parrot Jungle, Monkey Jungle, Vizkaya, the Miami Beach Convention Center, and Miami International Airport are all nearby, as well as many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and of course, the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Many apartments in Miami Beach are pretty small, and many are old. This apartment is spacious and recently renovated, has a really nice full kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances that is larger than most studio apartment kitchens, and a comfortable living and sleeping space. We love relaxing on the apartment balcony and enjoying the ocean views and breezes. The building has fitness center that is open for extended hours, and the direct beach access is fantastic!
South Beach and the Lincoln Road area have it all. Exciting shopping, dining...and partying. If you enjoy people watching, this is the place to go!
If you need to visit Mount Sinai Hospital, it is a quick drive or walk down 41st Street.
Many popular conventions are held here on a yearly basis. The Convention Center is an easy drive from our apartment.
Morton's Steak House, a fine dining establishment, opened on-site in November 2009.
Voted Best Tourist Destination in 2009, Jungle Island has a plethora of birds, monkeys, rare creatures and interesting vegetation.
