This newer, 3 Br/2Ba condo is on the third floor with fantastic views of the Intracoastal Waterway under a canopy of majestic, century old live oak trees. Access to miles of walking/biking paths steps from your door and just a five minute walk to restaurants and boutique shopping. Two world class golf courses within a five minute drive!
Beautiful custom decorating with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, bronze fixtures throughout along with Ralph Lauren carpeting and custom paint colors.

Why the Owner Chose Palm Coast Resort
We bought this condo on the Intracoastal Waterway because it is very relaxing and quiet, but we still have access to many amenities. We love to get up in the morning and have a cup of coffee and read on the 27' screened in balcony/lanai. We look under a canopy of ancient Live Oak trees out to the waterway where we can enjoy the boats cruising up and down. We can't help but unwind and relax when we are here!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Private pool, hot tub and pool house with restrooms just for our building. Two fantastic golf courses within 5 minute drive. Palm Coast Marina is right next to the condo building with electric boat rentals, kayak rentals, bike rentals and boat slip rentals available....the only marina with gas for miles on the Intracoastal.

We are a midwestern(Chicago area) family of five. Our oldest(daughter) just started a teaching career and is teaching High School photography and jewelrymaking. Our second recently graduated from college and started his career in marketing. Our youngest just will be starting his 2nd year of college in the fall.We go on an annual ski trip with families from our area and we always book our ski trip lodging through VRBO!
