What a place to relax and have fun! A very open floor plan means that everyone can be a 'cook in the kitchen' while participating in the group's activities. Throw in a DVD and the 37" flat screen can be viewed from the game area, kitchen, and dining area! Then, throw a log on the fire and place some hot cider on the stove with a few cinnamon sticks....there you go, time to sit and relax. You could take it out on the screened porch, dim the light, keep the fan on low, and turn up the music, or, go on down to the fire pit and huddle around to swap stories while roasting hotdogs.
We have pontoons that can be rented, or you can bring your own. The boat slip is oversized, so most any boat will be secured easily. Even the water toys can be rented from us, but the water trampoline....is part of your package. Have a BLAST!
Separation from the remaining two bedrooms provides privacy for the master suite. Marble floors allow for knowing with no uncertainty that the area is clean and the double sinks make dressing for two a cinch! Do you shower, or tub? The choice is yours as you have a combo setup here!
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are at the far other end of the house, across the living area. Here is where additional bathroom and laundry are located also. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and bedroom 3 offers 2 singles. All linens are provided while guests bring towel and washcloth.
If you look at all of the photos you will see that we have every small appliance that you will need. We like for our guests to let us know if they have a 'wish for' item as we may well purchase it prior to their arrival as we did a fondue set for one of our guests.
