Area Description:
Lake Lawn Resort is located less than 90 minutes from Milwaukee and Chicago. It is only 12 miles from Lake Geneva. It is located in an area with outdoor activities for all four seasons. In the summer there is fishing and boating equipment on site and available to rent. There is a premier golf course, a mini golf course (slightly dated), tennis courts, and sporting equipment and bikes for use at the activity center. During the winter, the area has snowmobiling, ice fishing and skiing. Year-round you can take advantage of the Timber Spa treatments which include Swedish, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Couples Massages. Among other things it also offers Seaweed Body Peel, Firming Wrap, Customized Mud Wrap, Elite Facials, and Immersions. Make sure you make your spa reservation ahead of time because the time slots fill up.
On site there are restaurants that offer a wide range of dining experiences. The elegant Frontier Restaurant and Lounge offers fine dining. The Lookout Bar is great for watching a sporting event and sipping a cocktail. The Terrace Grill is outdoor and open in the summer near the outdoor pool. Manny's Old Fashioned Deli & Ice Cream Shoppe is adjacent to the game room and exactly what you would expect - a family-friendly place for dessert or deli sandwiches.
