This two story 7300 square foot mansion is located on one of the most prestigious golf courses in the country. Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club has 24 security and guards at both gates for your family's safety. You may look at the beautifully manicured property along the new bike path.
The backyard of this home is more of a Hawaiian resort than a back yard. Heated Jacuzzi that over flows into the S shaped heated pool, BBQ, plenty of seating, ceiling fans, surround sound stereo and a full outdoor bath.
The Master which is completely separated from the rest of the house has his/her bath and vanities, x-large walk in closet, jet spa tub and a door leading to the pool. A nice size den with computer hook up availability. There is a large family room, and also an entertaining room complete with a bar. A Formal dining room that sits up to 12 is behind the kitchen for private dinner parties, but there is also a kitchen bar and a dining table next to the kitchen looking outdoors.
The view from the second floor lanai is to die for. Over looks the pool, lake and acres of the golf course. The second floor also has two bedrooms and two full baths along with a large family room equipped with a large screen TV (DVD, VCR) and a den.
The surround sound music system runs through the entire house as well as the pool area.
The garage holds three cars + golf cart.
