French doors on the first floor of the home open into a Den with TV and VCR. There is also one bedroom on this level with 2 twin beds and a private bath with shower. Down the hall from this bedroom is another bathroom with a shower.
14 steps up takes you to the main Living Area that is open and comfortable. The fully equipped Kitchen looks onto the Dining and Living Rooms and also has views of the pool. The Dining Room has a large glass table and seating for 5. French doors from the Dining Room lead to the back deck with a table and 3 chairs.
The Living Room has a TV, VCR and DVD player. Doors from the Living Room lead to the Sunroom and front porch. The Sunroom is perfect for lounging and has two rocking chairs and four regular chairs.
The Master bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a King bed and also accesses the Sunroom. The private master bath has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the other side of the Living Room and has a queen bed. There is a slider out to the front balcony. The fourth bedroom is located down the hall and also has a queen bed. This room also has a private slider to the deck.
The relaxing pool area is located 14 steps down from the back deck that is off the Kitchen and Dining Room. There are 2 chaise lounge chairs and plenty of seating. Wireless internet included at no additional charge. The beach path is conveniently located just steps from the backyard.
