Destin beach home for rent! Mar Y Sol is a cute, well decorated and nicely furnished 3BR/2.5BA cottage in the gated neighborhood of Emerald Shores within walking distance to the beach! Designer colors and tasteful furnishings throughout the home. New stainless steel appliances in the kitchen! 2 king beds and 2 full beds in the bedrooms. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 10 total. The master bedroom is on the main floor with access to the covered front porch. Open and spacious living area allows plenty of room for everyone at the same time! The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room. Extra seating at the breakfast bar too! There is a 50" flat screen high definition TV in the living room for your enjoyment! High definition channels are included! High speed wireless internet is available too! Beach service is available at the beach for a fee!
Enjoy cool weather outside under the covered wrap around porch, upstairs balcony, or back porch! Lots of exterior furniture for your enjoyment! Mar Y Sol is close to the bigger of 2 community pools. Other amenities include a gated community, tennis court, 2 pools, a basketball goal, shuffle board, and a private beach pavilion with restrooms, picnic tables, and lounge chairs! Emerald Shores is centrally located off Scenic Gulf Drive close to restaurants, theaters, and shopping! Walk to Captain Daves on the Gulf and Kenny D's just outside our neighborhood. The Destin Commons Mall is just 2 miles to the west and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just 2 miles to the east! Golf is plentiful and close by. Catch a dolphin cruise at the Destin Harbor just 5 miles to the west or an afternoon at the water park or miniature golf just 3 miles to the west. We are close to everything!
