Third sleeping option is a queen sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Both bathrooms feature both a tub and shower and granite vanity tops. Our Unit has it's own Covered Parking spot.

We had the pleasure of staying at Joel and Naomi's condo over Christmas and New Years. What a great condo! It was steps to the beach and close to everything. Joel and Naomi were a pleasure to deal with and made the transaction smooth, even though it was an international transaction. I would highly recomend this property for a great beach vacation!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We did not want to leave. Everyone was real friendly and helpful. The condo was well equiped and clean. We had the best vacation and hope to return sometime in the future. The swimming pool is clean, clear, and warm. Nice view of the beach and the sunsets are awesome. Lots to do near by and if you don't like the traffic and parking, you can take the tram. Your own undercover assigned parking space is nice and you won't get wet in the rain getting to the elevator. We loved everything about our stay and recommend this place to everyone.
