We are sure you will enjoy our mountain home as much as we do. There is nothing like being on the ski slopes, at the tubing park, or snowmobiling all day, then coming back to relax in the huge hot tub or large soaking tub in the evening.
Its unique outside corner location offers a large private patio with direct access to the amenity deck. The gate allows for a secure area for little ones to play if they just want to be outside. Mom and dad can see them from the living room. No need to go through hallways or get in elevators with your steaks from the grill, or in your wet bathingsuits. The condo itself is 1100 sq ft, larger than most 2 bedrooms in Winter Park Village. Truly one of the best locations in Founder's Pointe/Fraser Crossing.
If you like to cook, the full kitchen (not just a kitchenette) is supplied with all the utensils and basic pantry items you would need. If not, there are restaurants (more coming every day), Starbucks and a small grocery right across the street in the Village.
This condo is privately owned and cared for. We can even stock the fridge with your favorites foods prior to your arrival for a small convenience fee.

- You name it, its either at the resort or close by. Free shuttle service runs between the town of Winter Park and the resort. Once here, you will never have to get in your car if you don't want to. And to top it off, your only about an hour and a half out of Denver for even more activities.
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Ski Season .. $275/night (Sun-Thu) .. $375/night (Fri-Sat)
Non-Ski Season .. $200/night
$100/night additional for holiday dates as follows:
Sept 4-7; Nov 26-30; Dec 18-Jan 03; Feb 11-Feb 15, Mar 26-Apr 04, Jul 02-05
$200 security deposit due with reservation/returned after checkout.
$100 cleaning fee (waived with reservations of 5 days or more).
8.9% sales tax.
