  We loved staying here. The information provided was all accurate. The amenities at Windsor hills are excellent with an excellent pool and security service. The property was clean and very well maintained. Fab washing machine & dryer! The owner is extremely helpful in responding to our questions before during and after our trip. I would recommend this property to a friend....for its convenience to the Disney parks & universal. It's great facilities at Windsor hills and space & comfort within the condo. It had a small lanai (balcony) on ground floor but we never used it as it was not a sunny spot. That said we were never there enough to worry about it.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  What a nice place to stay. Robert was always quick to respond to an email or a phone call (even to answer our silly questions). We look forward to booking with Robert next summer. The staff was great only issue we had the whole stay was the condo business manager needs to be as nice as her staff. The staff knows what she is like and made up for it. The condo was extremely clean, quiet, loved the screened in porch, guard house staff are very helpful and quick to remember whom everyone is. Very impressive over all. Thank you, The Ackerman's

She actually is the property manager for the entire resort. I can say she has a lot on her plate and is always busy keeping Windsor Hills running at 5 star level. We are sorry if you had an unpleasant experience with her. Nonetheless, we look forward to accommodating you again on a future visit.

  My family really enjoyed our stay at this 2 BR condo. The property was clean, tastefully decorated and offered plenty of room for a family of 4. The resort is very close to Disney parks and easily accessible. We had no issues with traffic going to or coming from the parks. Resort pool area was also very nice and not overly crowded.

  We had an enjoyable 1 week stay in the condo. As of family of 4, with two children aged 11 & 9, we were hoping for something better than a hotel room where you are on top of one another the whole time. This condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was very clean and spacious. The resort was very clean as well as being quiet. We enjoyed the convenience of having two bedrooms which meant everyone slept well. Lots of room to move around and everyone had space to relax. We had time to enjoy the swimming pool at the resort; the kids had fun on the slide and the adults made good use of the hot tub. We would not hesitate to rent this condo in the future. It was centrally located which allowed us to do many more things than had we stayed at a Disney hotel. We were a 5 minute ride to Disney, 1 hour drive to Cocoa Beach, plus just off the 192, where there was an over abundance of restaurants, stores and souvenirs. Overall, a very enjoyable way to start and end every day.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Left on 04/10/2011 for a stay in October 2010 We had a great experience while we stayed at Windsor Hills. It was only a short drive to Disney and also had a Super Target and Publix close by. It is also just a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center and Coco Beach and also to the west to Clearwater Beach. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was definately worth the extra money to heat the splash pool so we could relax when we got home from the parks. We are looking forward to booking again with Rob in a few years when we return to Orlando.

We found the condo to be clean and well appointed with all the necessities needed for our long weekend stay. It was nice to be able to spread out and relax. The Windsor Hills pool looked lovely. Unfortunately, the temperatures didn't quite cooperate with swimming. We did relax for a while in the comfortable clubhouse lounge chairs.   We had a quick 2 day trip to Disney and the condo was beautiful, very clean, and the location was perfect. Robert is awesome, he returns all calls quickly and addresses any problems immediately. The TV was hard to figure out, but he had the cable people call me within 5 minutes. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended.

  The condo was spotless when we got there! We felt very at home and my kids loved going to the pool to cool off after a day at the parks. We also enjoyed using the kitchen to have family meals instead of eating out all the time. Having the condo on the ground floor was a huge plus too--with kids there's always so much to lug around. If anyone asks for a convenient place to stay in Orlando, we will definitely recommend your condo. Thanks, Rob! We had a fabulous time and we'll be back!

  We stayed Ocotober 10-17, 2009. I originally had to talk my sister into staying at the condo instead of separate rooms at a cheap motel. She was really impressed by the condo, as was I. Having our own space was nice, especially with four of us. I only wish you owned more properties in other destinations we might visit. Thanks for the great stay.

  We just returned from our vacation and are so thrilled that we made the decision to stay in this particular Windsor Hills condo. Our experience could not have been better. It was nice to show our kids the condo before our trip on the website which is user-friendly and has complete and accurate pictures and a great virtual tour. We also appreciated Robert's responsiveness to all of our questions prior to our arrival. We enjoyed having so much space to spread out in with two small kids and the drive to Disney World was under 10 minutes every day. The condo and the resort's common areas, including the wonderful pool, were clean and well-maintained. We would not plan a future trip any other way.

Cancellation policy:

It is in your best interest to take out travel and medical holiday insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances which may necessitate the cancellation of your booking. Additionally, you should have adequate medical insurance and coverage for your personal belongings for the duration of your stay, including travel both to and from the property. The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Company will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on the booking confirmation): From initial date of booking up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20% of the total rental amount forfeited. Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the total rental amount forfeited. Between 15 and 30 days prior to the arrival date 75% of the total rental amount forfeited. Less than 15 days prior to the arrival date 100% of the total rental amount forfeited. No refunds will be given for unfavorable weather, early departure, utility service interruption, construction, or maintenance issues. Please note: No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation due to any unforeseen circumstances whatsoever, we will endeavor to place you in another vacation home, managed by us, of similar standard in the same resort area. In the unlikely event that this is not possible we will refund all monies paid and under no circumstances will any additional compensation be paid.
